150526 Update from Lanchen Media regarding the lawsuit:

[Background] In the original article, it was reported that Lanchen Entertainment and Shanghai Ruiyang Entertainment (both Shanghai based companies who won the contract to organise all Shinhwa China concert stops) are suing Hanshin Entertainment, ShinCom and all 6 Shinhwa members for breach of contract for Asia Tour in China. Details of lawsuit omitted.

Clarification from Lanchen Media (weibo):

1. Firstly, as the organiser, we organised the 3 China stops with the greatest sincerity, to be awarded the contract and thus acknowledged by ShinCom, we executed everything accordingly.

2. After the Shanghai stop, we were preparing for Beijing and the other stops when something happened. In the process, we received notice of the middleman broke the contract and ShinCom re-awarded the job to someone else, as a result we were unable to confirm the Beijing stop and it affected the 27 June concert.

3. Regarding the lawsuit we were hoping to use the law to seek justice, to make the middleman and ShinCom aware of the situation and quickly come back to the negotiating table to resolve this issue, so as to ensure subsequent concerts can proceed as planned. We did not intend to sue ShinCom and the 6 members. We also sincerely believe ShinCom was used by others, involving the 6 members was merely because of the legal process. We hope to continue to organise the concerts through friendly negotiations. We originally did not want to create stress for Shinhwa through this process, but we also have to ask everyone to consider Lanchen Media's position.

Pls credit if using. Thank you.
