Government official to dissenters: shut up for your own good.
Chief of the bureau of investigations of Security Services of Ukraine Mr.Vovk has an advice to "Ukrainophobes" - shut up for your own safety, considering the chain of recent political assassinations.

Mr. Vovk said at Monday night ICTV channel TV show ironically titled "Freedom of Speech":
"I think that in our current conditions, in what can be considered a wartime, the "Ukrainophobes" should if not shut up their mouths then at least reduce their rhetoric pitch to zero. I believe in current situation there shouldn't be any people speaking up directly against Ukraine and against anything Ukrainian. I suggest they follow my advice [keep their mouths shut ] because nothing good can come out of it [dissent ].
I am stating this officially - as the chief of the bureau of investigations of Security Services of Ukraine.
Asked if he can come up with a scientific or legal definition of "Ukrainophobia" Mr. Vovk replied:
"No. But we all understand what it means".
