We received the following information from KBS_Media via ENE Media, and KBS_Media, ENE_Media and Cjes Entertainment agreed upon it.
The same site will be used for prepayment, cancellation, refund and change of order.
We will use the Q&A format.
Q. When does the cancellation and refund site open?
A. Tomorrow 3/25 (Wednesday) at 1:26 PM
Q. When does the prepayment site reopen?
A. The same time as the cancellation and refund site.
Q. What is open period for the site?
A. From Wednesday 3/25 1:26 PM until Tuesday 3/31 Midnight
Please understand that the period has been shortened to 1 week instead of 2 weeks due to schedules of the Director and others involved in the drama Spy.
Q. What is the confirmed contents of the Spy Director's Cut?
A. Director's Re-edited Version (16 episodes + Deleted Scenes), other footages
NG Scenes (10 minutes or so) Special Highlight (70 minutes or so) Script book for the entire series(Only for the Prepayment Customers).
Q. Will there be any price reduction?
A. There will be no price reduction.
