Tekken 7 Xana Dalisay
@Harada_TEKKEN Long entry (have an elaborate story about her, care to read it ^o^ )
An original character that I thought of while I played Tekken for the past week. Has similar hair has mine and the same race as me. Even the clothes are kinda what I wear ^_^ . But her story and life is completely different from mine of course lol.
Xana Dalisay
Origin: America (Filipino-American)
Fighting style: Empty handed Filipino Martial Arts. Maybe the Kali style. (She'd be a close range, but fast kind of character. Most of the people I play in fighting games are like this)
Age: 19-20 (a year older than Xiaoyu)
Blood type: O
Height: 5'2''
Weight: 115 Lbs
Occupation: College Student, special agent for Jin
Hobby: Art (drawing, painting etc.) Piano
Likes: Her parents, her friends, her boyfriend, protecting people, using her power for good, the zaibatsu.
Dislikes: Her unknown gene, G-Corporation, the incident, labs, the zaibatsu before
Appearance: Bows are a repeating element of hers. Has long black hair. She has an unknown gene(ogre gene?) that make her powerful and also changes her eyes to red and hair to teal. She can control it to partial power leaving her left eye red (like Kazuya) and her hair with two teal streaks.
Here we go! (please excuse any bad grammar, spelling, corny-ness, and non sense-ness, I'm not much of a writer)
Story:
(Assuming that Jin still holds the Zaibatsu and Kazuya; G-corp.)
Background:
The daughter of a Tekken force officer and a genetic engineer for Mishima Industries, Xana grew up as a child of the zaibatsu. Her family was stationed in America. She grew up in there 'til Junior high when her parents were relocated to Japan. She went to school in there, even attended Mishima High school. Her father taught her how to fight in Filipino martial arts to remember her culture. One day, her mother's lab was ambushed by G-corp. Xana flee to the scene, only to find everything was gone including her mother. There was still remaining G-corp members, she fought most of them off but then was knocked unconscious. She woke up in a lab. When she saw a reflection of herself, her hair was a teal green color and her eyes, red. Xana went berserk , and the lab was destroyed. The Tekken force and her father came to rescue her. She turned back to normal at the sight of her father. They both escaped safely. She told her father about her other self and her father sadly told her they implemented the gene your mother was working on.
“What gene?,” Xana exclaimed.
Her father didn’t know what gene it was since her mother was sworn to confidentiality. Throughout high school, she kept trying to find the answers. She got caught by a classmate looking at classified files. His parents too where killed in the incident and he wanted to continue their research. They both teamed up (ok lame but they are now boyfriend and girlfriend etc he knows about how she has the gene. he is also an original character of mine) but each clue just led them to another clue. Nearing graduation, her father encountered members of g-corp looking for Xana. He didn’t tell them anything and they killed him. Xana was devastated by the death of her parents at the zaibatsu and couldn’t take it anymore. Upon graduating, she gave up on the research and returned to America for college, leaving her past behind. Her boyfriend went to America too so he can protect her, since she still holds the gene.
She didn’t mind him researching about it, since it was his parent’s project. Though, deep in her heart, she still wanted answers
The time of the tournament:
Going on with her normal college life, Xana was happy most of the time. One day, while walking with her boyfriend, they encountered Tekken force officers. They both tried to fight them off, but Xana was stunned by a powerful taser like gun and was kidnapped by the Tekken force. Her boyfriend tried to get to her, but was held back by the forces (some boyfriend lol) Xana woke up in a confinement room (like a room to observe and test on) She wasn’t strapped, tied or anything, so she tried to break the glass window to escape to the other side. She threw punches, kicks, and even threw a chair, nothing worked. She decided to unleash her other self (she can control it) until she heard a camera zooming in on her. She calm down and waved at the camera knowing that they wanted data. Behind the camera was Jin and Nina. Nina was skeptical about Xana holding the gene since Xana was very childish. Then Jin came in on the other side of the glass window of the confinement room. While introducing himself, Xana interrupted and said,
“Kazama Jin, the head of the Zaibatsu. You hold the devil gene,” (in Japanese, she knows both English and Japanese, her boyfriend does too) Jin was a bit surprised that Xana knows so much. She told him about her past, but she knew that he was aware about it.
“What do you want?.” Xana asked.
“I want you to work for me.” (*hmm Jin would have people for this so why her?)
“What?!, No, I’m done with the Zaibatsu.” Xana exclaimed
“Then we’ll just have to kill you. With your power, you would be a threat to us.” Jin said boldly.
Not wanting to be killed, Xana asked,” What do you want me to do?”
“I want you to stop Xiao…Ling Xiaoyu from winning the tournament and bring her to me (when he is not Devil)”
“She is your girlfriend?” Xana said with a smirk. (she has that kind of persona)
“I don’t want her to get hurt by me in the end.” Jin said. Xana knew he doesn’t want to kill her in his devil form.
“What’s in it for me?” Xana said.
“The benefits and resources of the Zaibatsu, and of course, help find a cure for your gene.”
Xana thought deeply about it. The Zaibatsu has taken away so much from her, but now the Zaibatsu offered her a deal to reverse it all.
“Can I really trust them? Then again, Jin wants to find a cure as well. Have I been ignorant all this time and can’t escape my past? How long would it be ‘til this gene would eat me up” Xana ran through so many questions in her head. “I’ve got to stop running away. My parents wouldn’t want me to be like this.”
She then threw a leg of the chair that she broke while escaping at the window. She used partial of her power (her hair partially green and her other eye red) and shattered all of the glass.
“I’ll do it.” She agreed and escaped through the glass window to the other side where Jin is.
“Thank you.” Jin said.
“Next time, don’t kidnap me.” Xana went off with a smile, knowing that they would get data from her breaking the window.
She enters the King of Iron fist tournament (#?) to stop Xiaoyu (and of course to prevent getting kill by the Zaibatsu)
