For many fans of the band Queen ceased to exist in 1991, when the unmistakable singer and frontman Freddie Mercury died. Freddie's demise not only lost the Queen frontman, but the whole world one of the greatest icons of popular music. Is there actually a kind of persona which was to replace Freddie? Will Queen without Freddie be still Queen? This question was strengthened by the fact that the original report to the board music bassist John Deacon went gone as well. Only guitarist Bryan May and drummer Roger Taylor of the band Queen remained. Especially in 2005, when the Queen went on a world tour with guest Paul Rodgers, until then known as the frontman of rock bands Free, Bad Company, which were the bands that lived its peak popularity in the seventies of the last century. The most famous is undoubtedly hit band Free All Right Now. It is clear that a lot of fans of the band Queen at this reuninon outlawed. However, world tour, which in this formation of the band graduated, was often sold out. In 2008, Queen released a new album with Paul Rodgers called The Cosmos Rock, where he appeared in my opinion a lot of quality songs, especially ballads isn't a true and Say We believe. The question remains whether such a plate should come under the umbrella of the band Queen.

In 2010, Paul Rodgers ended hosting in the band Queen and the remaining duo May and Taylor, if they wished to continue the work of the band Queen, had to find a new singer. Rodgers was often criticized for his rather bluesrock's feeling, which he and Roger Taylor later admitted in an interview.

Crucial meeting with singer Adam Lambert took place in 2009 during the finale of American singing competition American Idol, where Lambert sang We are the champions with the band Queen. In 2012, Queen and Adam Lambert attended a common mini tour. Closest the Czech Republic, the band was at their concert in the Polish city of Wroclaw. In 2014, the Queen and Adam Lambert graduated from non-European tour. When the end of last year, management of the band announced an European tour thanks to the big interest of the fans, it was clear that they would sell out concerts hopelessly. The Prague concert at Prague's O2 Arena was sold out a few months after the announcement.

Magic date of February 17 promised great expectations. The band was going to perform in the Czech Republic for the third time. Twice with Paul Rodgers in 2005 and 2008. It should be noted that ever thanks to the then political regime Queen didn't perform here with Freddie Mercury. I myself attended a concert by the band Queen for the second time, first in Vienna in 2008, behind the microphone was already mentioned Paul Rodgers. For this concert I had a very good feeling how a singer, who did not copy Freddie, but sang it fairly well on their own handled it . That is why all my attention and curiosity was directed to the Prague concert, when singer Adam Lambert was in that position. Until then, I got to love him as a song solo singer and his songs Whataya want for me and If I Had You, which are probably his greatest hits.

The concert began shortly after 8:00 pm, longer opening song Vision revved up full filled O2 Arena. When in the beginning sounded big hit of 1980 Another one bites dust the entire arena directly exploded. Especially in this song I was pleasantly surprised by singer Adam Lambert, the vigor and originality he sang this song with. I want to break free and Somebody to love cheerfully sung by the fans. As in 2008 called The Ballad of Love of my life in submission Bryan May, who sang this song with the guitar itself at the forefront of the stage, also joined with Freddie Mercury in short of projections . Drummer Roger Taylor sang solo songs These are days of your life with captivating guitar exhibitions of Bryan May and A Kind of Magic and Under Pressure, shared as a duet with Adam Lambert, who returned to the stage after a short break. In the middle passage of the concert performed Roger Taylor and his son Rufus drum battle, where it was obvious the apple has not fallen far from the tree. At times it seemed as if Rufus in the battle of the drummers surpassed his father, a great teacher. A great lesson in playing the bass showed an accompanying musician Neil Farlough. At times I came to this exhibition on musical instruments lengthy and I looked forward especially to the next big hits Queen. There was also a renowned May's Selfie camera. He took a picture of the whole arena and noted that he is actually a modern man. Save me Who wants to live forever proved that there wasn't currently better choice for gentlemen May and Taylor than engage Adam Lambert. At the time when the concert culminated biggest applause reaped the songs I want it all from the album Miracle, one more reason to understand why this song is among the greatest treasures of rock history. Superbly acted was song Radio Gaga, which again was perfectly complemented by the band and the fans, who again sang loudly throughout all the arena. The rock and roll rhythms were played in Crazy Little Thing Called Love, where it was clear that the great role model in the early days of the band was the king of rock and roll Elvis Presley. Then came onto the scene with the fans eagerly awaited song Bohemian Rhapsody, where the same as on the Tour in 2008 came during the songs from the canvas Freddie Mercury. In this song as well as in Lambert's performance of it I got goosebumps and realized that Queen, especially Freddie created forty years ago something ethreal and unbeatable. For that song would be ashamed even classical composers such as Beethoven and Mozart. After this song, the band left the stage and there could be expected an encore to come. This was the case, at the conclusion and the whole arena rocked stadium anthem We Will Rock You and the completely closing song We are the champions, what seemed to be crowned the already extraordinary evening in filing Queen and all the fans who were at the concert and formed a stunning atmosphere.

The concert playlist missed crucial hits like The show must go on and Do not stop me now. But the Queen for their more than forty-year history created countless hits and had to play them all that they would have to play every gig of entire regular album they had ever made. I left the concert with an absolutely electrifying and positive feeling that the Queen in this report, May, Taylor, guest vocalist Lambert, accompanying musicians keyboardist Edney, basist Farlough and percussionist Rufus Taylor gave an unbelievable performance that pleased the majority of those presented in the arena. Upon the death of Freddie Mercury and departure of John Deacon the duo could rest of the band, May and Taylor choose whether to use the music deserved retirement to pursue a solo career only or whether they would work mark of Queen on. In my opinion it is good that they have chosen the second option and I am very happy that I could see for the second time in my life Queen live. In 2008, I liked the concert with Paul Rodgers on vocals, but I must admit that Adam Lambert, who revived this line-up even more, was much better choice. I can especially appreciate his sovereignty and originality and courage to take the burden on his shoulders.
