Some very sad news to report...
Hi, this is Kevin's girlfriend @GrowYerOwnGroot.
Unfortunately Kevin succumbed to complications of an infection on January 7th. The reason I have delayed this announcement was that his parents and stepmother asked that this information be withheld until his son's birthday. As many of you know, he was born with end-stage renal disease and spent his short life in ill health, requiring two kidney transplants. It's a miracle he was born into such a technologically-advanced era and managed to live life as full as he could.
His parents are fine, his kids are fine. They have no doubt he is watching over us. In fact, a couple of weeks before he was taken ill he had a dream he was in wrestling giants' heaven with Gorilla, Andre, Studd etc. Despite being only 5'4" he is definitely there. There is no bigger giant than the one with a courageous heart.
I will be keeping this account open in memory of him and condolences can be sent at any time.
