"TURN IN YOUR FELLOW AMERICAN" and the "It's more Humane to Euthanize" Policy.
Over the last several years the HSUS, ASPCA ( and other groups following suit) have put a $5000.00 bounty on your head in the name of "Saving the Puppy Mill Dogs". They encourage their "state investigators" and individuals to run these "Bounty ads" on websites such as craigslist. I have recently seen them posted in more than several locations across the country.
I find this tactic very disturbing. Contrary to what these groups have led you to believe, the HSUS ( Humane Society of the United States) nor is the ASPCA a government agency. These groups have grown so powerful in this country that they have now set up offices and people in nearly every single state in this country. People who are paid to go out and search for the "next victim"..
Folks this is what your money is being used for. I certainly do NOT promote an "unethical breeding operation ( a.k.a) Puppy Mill but this tactic has taken the over reaching hand of these agencies to new heights. The ASPCA and HSUS know that if a breeder has over a handful of dogs , that there is a VERY good chance that there is going to be an animal on the property that has something physically wrong with it.
This could mean YOU! If you are a dog breeder or even an individual who raises an occasional litter and you have a dog that has a physical deformity, a chronic condition , eye problem, or even mange or some kind of other skin ailment, you CAN BE PROSECUTED by the law for "animal cruelty". You don't have to have 100 dogs for this to happen.
Under this "Bounty Program" if you are an animal lover, breeder, farmer of animals of any kind, and you have an animal that has "a problem", more than likely, you can and WILL be prosecuted under ASPCA AND HSUS / Government standards. It doesn't matter if you took in stray dogs, have breeder dogs or dogs that someone threw out in your yard, once they are in your possession, you feed them, under the law they are now "your property". YOU are responsible for their care and if you do not live up to the "standards" or you have some one with a beef, an officer of the law who is an "extreme animal advocate" or one of the HSUS , ASPCA or your local groups who are out gunning for their next raid commerical, you WILL BE PROSECUTED and you could lose EVERYTHING YOU OWN! You will either plead GUILTY or take a chance on going to court and going to jail. Either way, the consequences of your actions is virtually a "life sentence" because you will carry an animal cruelty record.
We've seen literally thousands of American Pet owners, farmers and even dozens and dozens of Nokill and other shelter employees prosecuted for just this very thing. We've had several shelter employees in our area prosecuted for "animal neglect" just because they were employed in the UNDERFUNDED City Animal Shelter just recently . They worked there. The animals weren't "up to the investigators standard" and they were there for charged with animal cruelty and / or abuse!.
It has reached the point that people are now "wary" of taking in animals and trying to care for them because they risk imprisonment and loss of property . This falls right back on the HSUS, ASPCA and PETA policy of '""

These agencies send in these "anonymous concerned citizens" to your homes to actually purchase animals or just to look and try to collect evidence against you. You've seen it time and time again in their "RAID REPORTS" over the years and you can still read many of the reports online. These "anonymous buyers" then supposedly state that they have purchased a dog from you and that it had something wrong with it.. They then report you for animal cruelty and then the "commericalization" begins. You see, by law, these "anonymous purchasers" don't even have to show up in court. They don't have to testify or even tell who they are .. I'm not sure how this tactic has become acceptable muchless legal.
Our government and these groups have now encouraged "TIP LINES" , "TURN ON YOUR NEIGHBOR ( or enemy) tip lines. It doesn't matter if they have even really purchased an animal from your or not nor does it matter if they have actually seen any real signs of animal neglect, if they have a "beef'" with you, they can call these HSUS and ASPCA "TIP LINES" and report you for cruelty, and this is enough for grounds to come into your home , seize your animals and prosecute you. It doesn't matter if you "intended" to cause this animal bodily harm or not, once they come in, you are automatically charged with animal cruelty and then it is up to you to come up with the "defense" fund which can be a very expensive process. Thousands of people , breeders, farmers, no-kill shelters and "hoarders" have been prosecuted under this very scenario and neither the HSUS nor ASPCA has ever disclosed how many people have collected this "bounty" that has been put on your head.
THERE COULD LITERALLY BE THOUSANDS of American Pet owners and animal lovers that have been prosecuted using this "ANONYMOUS BOUNTY REWARD PROGRAM" and at the same time, thousands of people are being PAID TO TURN YOU IN! Just as with the ASPCA and HSUS "Raid and kill Tactics", we will never know because they have never been made to keep up with or PUBLICLY DISCLOSE how many people they have "raided" using these anonymous tip lines and Bounty reward programs!
My point is, This is going to encourage these breeders to ditch these dogs or kill them. They know that chances are, if someone comes to their establishment and they see a dog with ANYTHING wrong with it, they are going to try to GET THAT $5000.00 BOUNTY that the HSUS and ASPCA has put on their neighbors head. Thousands of people have now fallen "victim" to these policies as well as NO KILL SHELTERS whom the HSUS, PETA and ASPCA have openly spoken out against calling them "inhumane" and "Unethcial" while promoting their "It's more human to Kill them" policy...
Wayne Pacelle has openly stated that "" Anyone that raises a litter of puppies is a Puppy Mill" ... You see, under the law, there is no LEGAL DEFINITION for a PUPPY MILL. In fact, the HSUS and ASPCA have taken it upon themselves to define the word Puppy Mill and Government agencies all throughout this country have now accepted the HSUS and ASPCA "DEFINITION" of the word PUPPY MILL.
Go back and read the reports on these "Puppy Mill Raids".. When you see the WELL PUBLICIZED Puppy Mill Raid Headlines many times you see "" Individual Charged with 100? 300? 1000 Charges of Animal cruelty", yet many times, a lot of these animals want have a thing in the world wrong with them. Usually a very small portion of these animal actually have anything PHYSICALLY WRONG with them yet the fact that these people have these animals in their possession gives the HSUS and ASPCA these opening headlines that have generated literally BILLIONS of dollars in "PUPPY MILL RESCUE MONEY".. This is the HSUS and ASPCA "bread and butter".. These Puppy Mill Raids, Hoarder Raids, Shelter Raids ( oh yes they raid shelters) are driving force behind the success of these two organizations.
As I stated before, These two groups know that if a breeder that has even a dozen dogs or so, chances are, if they come into your home and you have more than a handful of dogs, they are going to find at least one or more of those dogs that have some kind of physical or chronic ailment that they can blast on the front page of headlines around this country and promote as "animal cruelty".. In my opinon, this is going to do nothing less than create a situation where it encourages dumping by breeders and individuals all around this country who would have at least tried to care for those animals because they are now afraid that if they get caught with one of these animals, they will go to jail.
I have personally taken in literally dozens of dogs at a time in my own community. As we all know, many times, if you take in female dogs, there is a VERY LARGE chance that these dogs will be pregnant. You see. The HSUS and ASPCA doesn't believe that you should allow those puppies to be born at all. They don't want you to home them .
Both the HSUS and ASPCA has an "abort" policy. Once these dogs are brought into their facility , they are "automatically" aborted. Wayne Pacelle of the HSUS has openly stated that " He has no problem with the extinction of domestic animals" , he means YOUR DOG. Your right to Raise a dog or ANY OTHER ANIMAL.. Meaning FARMS...
Folks you have to understand that this is not about "PUPPY MILLS" This is about the VEGAN AGENDA. You can go to the HOME PAGE OF THIS SITE near the bottom, watch the slide show and you will see the HSUS , ASPCA and PETA quotes regarding your right to "BREED" and they don't just mean "PUPPY MILL DOGS" .. They mean any animal in general. They have for DECADES openly stated that they want to end ALL HUNTING and ANIMAL HUSBANDRY ( farming) breeding , MEAT EATING or any other "use of animals" that are generally acceptable in society.
You have to ask yourself, If the ASPCA and HSUS are so hell bent on saving Puppy Mill dogs, then why have they KILLED SO MANY THOUSANDS OF THEM using your Donation money for DECADES. FIND THE MANY INVESTIGATIVE STORIES ON OUR FRONT PAGE. These groups have routinely sent these dogs off to High Rate KILL SHELTERS all across the United States for Decades while promoting these lies through commericals that have led MILLIONS of donors to believe that they were actually "saving puppy mill dogs"..
I have to ask this question ""WHO IS MORE CRUEL"? The breeder who knew the risk and that there was a BOUNTY ON THEIR HEAD yet chose to NOT kill those hard to place animals, or the HSUS and ASPCA who has for the last many decades routinely taken those animals in and killed them while telling you "WE ARE SAVING PUPPY MILL DOGS" and it has generated BILLIONS of dollars in revenue to the point that some of their CEOS are literally millionaires and sitting on retirements larger than most of us can even imagine.
I again have to question the legality of "NON GOVERNMENT" Agencies now operating in this manner offering bounties against anyone who "Raises A Puppy". They can use ANY REASON or PERSON to come onto your property and this person who makes these accusations doesn't even have to give their name and if they do, they can get PAID to turn in any one who "raises a litter of puppies".
I don't understand how the Federal Government has allowed two Non-Government agencies who are profiting to the tune of BILLIONS of dollars, to come onto private property and seize animals , make commericals out of them, force you to sign those animals over to avoid prosecution ( or at least not so severe) and then they turn around make commericals out of these raids by Publicizing these events like Circus shows and make BILLIONS for helping the law prosecute you for animal abuse.
These two agencies actually have Vets and "INSPECTORS" that work for their own agencies that come in and COLLECT THE EVIDENCE FOR THE LAW! .. They are infact taking on the role of a GOVERNMENT "LAW" / LEGAL entity and at the same time, they are being allowed to film and make a VERY HEFTY PROFIT for making these "RAID COMMERICALS" with photos and films of these raids having been published on their websites for decades.
They have now encouraged you you to "Turn on your neighbor" using the very same tactics that Adolph Hitler himself used during WW II to encourage people to turn on the Jews and "undesirables". These two groups have openly stated their real purpose yet the Federal Government is still allowing these sorts of things to happen. The HSUS , ASPCA and PETA have all stated their open purpose of "anti-farming legislation" and they have spent literally billions of your dollars living high on the hog and promoting Ant-Farming legislation in nearly every state of this country under the guise of "TURN IN THE PUPPY MILL BREEDERS".
Again, I do NOT promote a "BAD BREEDER" (A.K.A Puppy Mill) but I do realize that many times, people end up with animals that are in bad condition. Even shelters. I personally believe that this "bounty" does nothing but encourage breeders, shelters and individuals to kill or dis-guard these animals because they have now become so afraid of keeping an animal with an ailment, that they don't want to take a chance on going to jail.
You can go to nearly any shelter, to any persons home who does animal rescue on a small to large scale basis and if they have more than a handful of animals, they will more than likely have at least 1 or more animals that have an ailment that can be classified as "animal abuse". Many individuals, shelters and rescue organizations can easily fall prey to this "turn on your neighbor tactic" . They see an animal that appears to have a problem , make an "ANONYMOUS CALL" and this can give the HSUS , ASPCA and LAW "LEGAL" grounds to come onto your property. It won't matter what explanation you have. They can use this procedure to enter your property , even inside your home if you have animals there, and seize your animals and all your assets , costing you thousands of dollars and you can end up with an "animal cruelty sentence" that can cost you your future, jobs , home and livelihood.
I don't know how the Law has allowed these NON-GOVERNMENT agencies to go across this country in state after state and participate in these "raids" , collect evidence and then be a part of the prosecution process while offering bounties on Americans head and at the same time , profiting to the tune of Billions of dollars, but some how, it has all become "the legal process". BEWARE AMERICA! IF YOU OWN ANIMALS , YOU BREED DOGS IN PARTICULAR, ''YOU COULD BE THE NEXT ASPCA OR ASPCA PUPPY MILL BOUNTY COMMERCIAL"!...
