[NEWS] 150126 MBC New Variety Show - My Little Television
MBC will be airing a variety show with a new concept on this year's, 2015, lunar new year titled "My Little Television."
'My Little Television' will be a program whereby 6 different artists, each with their own story to tell, are chosen by people from different occupation such as singers, actors, comedians and working professionals from different fields. The candidates will not only appearing as the guest but they will also take on the role of a PD. The show will be in the format of a live web/online broadcast and it will be a survival program.
Among the 6 artists who will be taking on the challenge of a live web broadcast, the footage of Kim Gura, Hong Jin Young and AOA's Choa taken during the rehearsals for the upcoming live web broadcast has garnered much attention online.
Choa, from the popular girl group AOA, had a guerrilla online broadcast on the 26th and has instantly garnered the attention of the fans
This is the first time audiences will be able to interact directly with the stars that they usually see on television programs via the online broadcast and it's an attempt at a new format of 'Real variety show' Also, the ability to be able to see the reaction of the stars in real time has managed to increase the level of anticipation for this new program as well as the level of curiosity for the remaining 3 artists that has yet to be revealed.
The interactive variety show that allows the audience to see the true faces of the artists, allowing real time interaction with the artists and vote for the winner of this program, 'My Little Television' will begin it's recordings in early February through the live web broadcast. It will be aired during the lunar New Year holidays.
