C'est avec une immense déception que nous avons décidé d'annuler la convention -A is Everywhere.
Vous êtes hélas plus nombreux à vouloir rencontrer les acteurs principaux plutôt que les secondaires, ce que nous comprenons, cependant le budget de la convention serait trop élevé pour aboutir, malgré de longues négociations avec les représentants des acteurs principaux de la série.
Il a été très long de prendre en compte vos avis suite au sondage mis en place, il n'était pas nécessaire de voter jusqu'à 20 fois, en utilisant de fausses adresses email, ou en demandant à des proches de voter en votre faveur, nous avons privilégié les réponses des participants de la convention en vérifiant les adresses email, mais aussi des personnes souhaitant participer à la convention, et vos avis penchent pour annuler l'événement plutôt que de continuer avec des annonces d'invités secondaires. Nous sommes vraiment désolées pour ceux qui souhaitaient que la convention soit maintenue pour rencontrer Sasha, mais nous ne pouvons pas aller à l'encontre des autres avis ainsi que du budget, puis nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas faire l'événement avec elle seulement.
Nous savons que suite à cette annulation, certains d'entre vous vont tenir des propos durs à notre égard, mais sachez qu'organiser un tel événement n'est pas chose facile, entre les plannings des acteurs et le budget à respecter, ainsi que tout le reste. Nous pensions vraiment être en mesure d'aboutir avec l'organisation de cet événement, mais l'indisponibilité de Keegan pour la nouvelle date annoncée a été un obstacle.
Nous avons fait notre maximum pour réaliser cette convention qui nous tenait à cœur , mais nous pensons qu'à ce stade la meilleure décision est d'annuler et d'effectuer des remboursements.
Concernant les remboursements:
Les remboursements seront effectués par virement bancaire, et certains par paypal, au fur et à mesure dans un délai de trois mois maximum.
Pour les paiements avec Paypal:
- ceux effectués depuis le 21 Novembre 2014 seront directement remboursés sur leur compte Paypal
- ceux effectués avant le 21 Novembre 2014, merci de nous écrire un email à royal_events@hotmail.fr en nous indiquant les nom/prénom du participant et y joindre votre RIB afin que nous procédions au remboursement. Un pourcentage entre 1,5 et 3% du prix ne pourra être remboursé, le montant exact sera justifié sur un bordereau que nous vous enverrons par email lors de votre remboursement.
Pour les paiements effectués par virement bancaire, mandat cash et chèque:
- Merci de nous écrire un email à royal_events@hotmail.fr en nous indiquant les nom/prénom du participant et y joindre votre RIB afin que nous procédions au remboursement.
Pour les personnes ayant acheté un pass ou un extra suite à une revente:
- Merci de nous écrire un email à royal_events@hotmail.fr en nous indiquant vos nom/prénom, ceux du revendeur, le justificatif de votre paiement au revendeur, ainsi que votre RIB afin que nous procédions au remboursement.
Pour les participants souhaitant un avoir (en code promotion) pour l'un de nos autres événements, merci de nous écrire un email en nous indiquant les nom/prénom du participant.
Merci de nous avoir fait confiance, encore une fois nous sommes vraiment désolées que la convention n'ait pas pu aboutir. Nous espérons vous rencontrer à l'un de nos prochains événements ou lors d'une rencontre fans.

It is with great disappointment that we have decided to cancel the -A is Everywhere convention.
You are sadly more to want meet the main actors rather than the others, what we understand, however the budget of the convention would be too high to realize the event, despite long negotiations with representatives of the main actors.
It was very long to take into account your opinions regarding the survey, it was not necessary to vote up to 20 times, using fake email addresses, or asking friends to vote in your favor. We privileged the answers from the participants of the convention by checking email addresses, but also people wishing to attend the convention, and your opinion goes to cancel the event rather than continue with announcements of secondary actors. We are really sorry for those who wanted the convention maintained to meet Sasha, but we can not go against other opinions as well as the budget, then we unfortunately can not make the event with her only.
We know that following the cancellation, some of you are going to make bad comments for us, but be aware that organizing such an event is not easy, between the schedules of the actors, the budget to respect, and everything else.
We thought we really be able to succeed with the organization of this event, but the unavailability of Keegan for the new date announced has been an obstacle.
We have done our best to make this convention happens, which were important for us, but we believe that at this stage the best decision is to cancel and proceed to refunds.
Concerning the refunds:
Refunds will be made by bank transfer and paypal, in the next three months.
For payments with Paypal:
- The payments made since November 21, 2014 will be refunded directly to your Paypal account.
- The payments made before November 21, 2014, thank you to write us an email to royal_events@hotmail.fr by indicating the name/first name of the participant and attach your bank details (RIB) and we will proceed to refund. A percentage between 1.5 and 3% of the price will not be refunded, the exact amount will be justified by email.
For payments by bank transfer, money order and check:
- Please send us an email to royal_events@hotmail.fr by indicating the name/first name of the participant and attach your bank details (RIB) so we can proceed to refund.
For people who have bought an extra or a pass following a resale:
- Please send us an email to royal_events@hotmail.fr indicating your name/first name, those of the reseller, the proof of payment to the reseller as well as your bank details (RIB) so we can proceed to refund.
For participants who wish a refund with a promotion code for one of our next events, thank you to write us an email to royal_events@hotmail.fr and tell us the name/first name of the participant.
Thank you for having trusting us, again we are really sorry that the convention has not been successful. We hope to meet you at one of our upcoming events or during a fan meeting.
