My response to GAW's Josh Garza (@gawceo)

Mr. Garza,

Thanks for your letter. The fact that there are questions about your company is no secret. There are numerous threads on multiple websites that I'm sure you've seen and read. I have not condemned you of anything.

Clearly, I am able to distinguish facts and beliefs. I would not have been a journalist for 10+ years if I was unable to do so.

To be clear, I have not concluded that your firm is operating a scam.

Presuming that you have read Ars Technica, you may have seen a number of other stories I've done on Bitcoin-mining related companies that are questionable to say the least. I'm trying to figure out if your company falls into that category. Perhaps it does not.

Hell, we also started our own Bitcoin clone.

Also dude, American judges don't wear powdered wigs. But maybe you're confusing me with a Commonwealth judge?

Cheers,
