OPTIC TEAM CHANGE, picking up APG for Aries
So by now most of you know that our team Optic Halo will be playing with APG instead of Aries for season 1. I wanted to explain some of our reasoning behind the decision. First of all, I want to begin by saying it was a very difficult decision, I'm not one for team changes because I believe you can win with the right group of players (and I believe we can win with Aries) but something about this change felt right. Aries was a great player and honestly surpassed my expectations of what kind of player he was, and he arguably played better than most of us 3 in many of the games we played together. He has proven he is a player that is worthy of a team competing for 1st. With that said, Flamesword and I have a brief history of teaming with APG online where we maybe dropped 1 or 2 games in about 6 weeks. When it comes to H2A, APG has put as much if not more work in than everyone so far and it has shown in his gameplay, when you watch and play against him you can easily tell he is making game-changing plays. APG is arguably one of, if not the best players in the game at this moment and our team just felt we couldn't pass up this opportunity. Want to wish the best of luck to Aries, he deserves a great squad.
P.S. We know we can't play with APG until after February 1st so we will be seeing if Enable can sub for us in the cups.
