[EXPLANATION] On the fancafe, each member has a “Time” (시). Solar Time (솔라시), Moonbyul Time (문별시), Hwa Sa Time (화사시) and Whee In Time (휘인시). Their Times all correspond to their birthday. So for example, Whee In’s birthday is April 17th, so when it’s 4:17 everyone will post “Whee In Time!!!” and spam photos of Whee In. It’s just a fun little thing Moo Moos came up with to do. Sometimes Mamamoo even jumps in and posts new photos during those times.

So if you ever see “____ Time” in any translations, that’s what it means! Thought I should explain this for those who aren’t on the fancafe :)
