@FemFreq and how Portal is more "misogynistic" than most games #gamergate

Have you ever noticed that in Portal, the main character never speaks, or is able to looked at well?

That's because Valve is pushing the cultural idea that women protagonists aren't to be seen or heard, but rather serve as a tool for use by the (male) player.

But wait, there's more! The sequel outright states that the protagonist is incapable of basic understanding and jumps instead of saying 'apple' when asked!

What about how Chell has to be shown the ropes about portals *again* in Portal 2, even though she should have a good understanding of them after Portal 1?

What about Glados being presented like a crazy female who's clearly going through PMS? And she was created by men no less!

Why is this seen as an appropriate role model for women by FemFreq is absurd. Women are to be controlled by men? Women are to be neither seen nor heard? And if they are loud, and strong willed, than they're evil?

This game is deeply misogynistic and I am outraged that FemFreq promotes Chell as a good woman in gaming.
