Hagnebach-Bischoff Voting Method http://usparliament.org/stv.php
I have joined not only with the Libertarian Party but also with the USA Parliament Group which advocates a more statistically fair Hagnebach-Bischoff Voting Method http://usparliament.org/stv.php It is very interesting because this group votes for every position and issue using all candidates in a ranking vote. The voter ranks all candidates from 1-x where 1 is who they want to win most and x is the total number of candidates. This gives a more fair tie breaker and you can calculate a satisfaction rating from the results which is the percentage of voters who got their number 1 choice to win. They use this to create committees in their group where number one would be the head of the committee, number two would be the vice leader and ALL get on the Committee. And they advocate this system for United States National Elections used in a popular vote. So we at my campaign have made a lot of progress, and we will be working with many people and organizations to make a lot more progress.
