@inkyCVT #askjamiemathieson Both episodes went through massive rewrites, but that was all part of the process of making the episodes as good as possible. The rule, as always, was 'best idea wins' no matter who comes up with it. The stuff about Clara's relationship to the Doctor was in flux depending on rewrites in earlier eps, so for example in Flatline, initially Dr Clara wasn't as capable as she ended up, needing the Doctor to lean on much more. At one point he held out his hand from the tiny TARDIS and she held it for comfort...ahhhh.
