Buffs
Zan, Tsubaki(?) and Hotaru - Better Proration
Agito - Closer to opponent on hit
4C and 6A - Faster startup. 6A now better for combos
Partial charge 6C - Causes comboable ground slide in corner
j.2A - Easier corner combos
j.D - Less recovery
Nerfs
Kishuu - No projectile invuln
4C - Worse proration, cannot cancel into specials. CH 4C -> Gurren works.
j.2A - Float changed. RIP loops
3C - CH 3C untech time worse
Less meter when getting hit
Enma - Jump cancel removed
Renka - 1st hit forces stagger. Less options off Renka(1).
Counters no longer give meter unless grab hits
Counter -> Enma/Agito/Shippu gone
Counter -> Specials have no invuln. Counter -> Yukikaze doesn't lock.
Partial charge 6C - Even though it ground slides, Shippu does not connect.
