Possible way to disable Windows 10 Tech Preview Keylogger + Tracking features
Open regedit and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\dmwappushsvc and change "Start" value to 4
Put this on your hosts file

Disable all the "feedback"
Open gpedit.msc and enable this
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Configure Automatic Updates
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Internet Communication Management > Internet Communication settings > Turn off Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Application Compatibility > Turn off Application Telemetry
Open taskschd.msc and disable everything in Task Scheduler Library/Microsoft/Windows/Application Experience and Customer Experience Improvement Program
