Как победить терроризм в масштабе в мира ?
Чтобы победить терроризм в мире необходимо через ООН узаконить :
1. отменить бумажные деньги во всём мире ( во всех странах членов ООН ), а все делать только через кредитные карточки
2. узаконить во всех странах членов ООН финансовую гласность - прозрачность, начиная с Президентов и, их ближайших родственников.
3. семьи террористов, их родственников и, всех кто им помогал, вместе с их семьями депортировать в Антарктиду на вечное поселение со статусом - резервация.
Всех не совершеннолетних их детей отлучать от родителей на воспитание в спец. детские домах и дома малютки.
Всех родившихся в резервациях детей, начиная с возраста 1 год отлучать от родителей на воспитание в спец. детских домах и домах малютки.
4. террористы должны знать, что их террор рикошетом отразится на жизни их детей, родственников, друзей и т.д., всех кто оказывал им помощь словом, делом и т.д. ., что все они будут обязательно депортированы в Антарктиду на вечное поселение со статусом - резервация.
