[SUZY CECI INTERVIEW] Q: I heard you’re taking up pansori lessons after taking up the film.
A: It has been 3 months since I learned it from popin Hyun Joon’s wife (Ceci: How does it feel to actually learn it?) It feels like it’s getting harder. But I’m contented because it’s more interesting than I thought. When I first started learning I thought ‘I’m doing better than I thought, let’s keep it up’ and the teacher was telling people that I was learning it well, maybe it is to boost my confidence but to me, there’s still a bit of pressure. I’m afraid people would have high expectations after hearing it. (Ceci: Which part of pansori are you most confident in?) It’s a secret. See it in ‘Dorihwaga’.
