Hey, I appreciate you taking the time to write to me. First off, I just want to make sure you know that I did not start the #IStandWithJonTron thing, because it sounds like you think I did. It happened on its own. I appreciate that people were trying to make me feel better but it obviously got taken ahold of by the other side of the argument to mock me. I don't aim to start a movement, I just wish people would stop being so damn oversensitive.
I have come to understand that a lot of this nonsense is extremism that gets validated when after years of chipping away, a negative reaction is finally acquired from us. After they get that reaction, they can quote it out of context a million times and burn us at the stake for it. I stand for human rights in general, but how am I going to prove that to an army of internet crusaders when I publicly slipped up a few times?
At this point I don't really care who agrees or disagrees with me, I just want to make funny videos. Thanks for listening!
