PLANS FOR WWA DETROIT 8/16 & 8/17:

Just so you guys know all of these plans were ultimately decided by about 2k of you after idea submissions and voting. This concert and these ideas/plans couldn't have happened without you. So thank you very much for everyone who's worked with us.
(SUPER IMPORTANT!)
To get a copy of any or all signs mentioned in the following paragraphs click this link and you will be directed to our Google Drive. There will be two folders (one for each Detroit date). There you can print your signs for the appropriate dates. Each folder has the front and back design for each night. IT IS SUPER IMPORTANT TO PRINT BOTH SIDES because there are designs/important instructions on the back side. There is also a link to instructions on how to print in each folder and everything is clearly labeled. We were originally emailing people the PDFs to avoid them being stolen by another city, but we feel it is time for easier access so that they can be printed on a larger scale. Here is the link:

No Matter What we will get 5,000 signs printed each night of the Detroit shows. However we need to raise money. The more money we raise the more money we have to spend on printing signs. So we will be fundraising:
- Nicole (co-owner) has one pair of tickets for the show on 8/16 to sell. Section 233 Row 7 Seats 5 & 6. $100 per ticket ($200 for the pair).
- To ensure you'll have a sign to the show print out your own at home.

8/16/14 DETAILED PLANS:
1) BLUE OUT: Get Ford Field to wear blue clothing so we can have the crowd look like a sea of blue representing most of our sports teams and autism awareness. #ProjectBlueOut

2. LIAM'S TWEET: Hold up signs with Liam's tweet from August 16, 2013 that say "You should be proud" - again, self explanatory. We will be holding up this sign during Moments, we chose this song with help from our street team.

3) STRONG: Holding hands and lifting them up during "Strong" - when the boys sing "Strong", we all join hands and hold them up to show the boys that we are one and together, with our family, we are strong.

4) Michael's Tweet (5SOS):
"Real Bands Save Fans, Real Fans Save Bands" Hold this side of the sign up when 5SOS play SLSP. This side also contains instructions on when to hold up signs, hands ect. during the concert.

8/17/14 DETAILED PLANS:
1) DON'T FORGET WHERE YOU BELONG: During "Don't Forget Where You Belong" everyone holds up a sign of the boys hometowns - when the boys sing "Don't Forget Where You Belong" everyone can hold up a sign with one of the boy's hometowns on it. Everyone would have a different sign. Ex. someone holds up "Bradford" another holds up "Doncaster" and so on, so forth.

3) SYDNEY: to go along with the hometown theme for 1D we're holding up a sign that says SYDNEY during 5SOS. Hold this side of the sign up when 5SOS play SLSP. This side also contains instructions on when to hold up signs, hands ect. during the concert.
-ALSO FOR THE SECOND NIGHT THERE IS NO COLOR THEME. WANNA KNOW WHY?
Because during voting the blue out was by far the most popular idea, however majority of people also expressed that THEY DO NOT wish to do a color theme two nights in a row. We have already decided not to do it because of that reason, we won't be changing our minds now.

SO THERE YOU HAVE IT! We realize this is definitely an ambitious project to pull off, but we (the co-owners) are more than ready to get to work and follow through so that these ideas are well thought out, and can actually be pulled off the nights of these concerts. It may sound difficult, but we have plans in the works to successfully fund and execute these plans. That being said, incorporating the ideas that were voted on is a large amount of work. Going beyond these ideas would have been nearly impossible to pull off, so please no hard feelings if your idea is not being represented. Again, we love and appreciate you all so much.
