Request "Lay Me Down"
ATTENTION TO ALL THE CATS!
As you know, only ONE WEEK left till "Lay me down" premiere. We need to work together and help Pixie as much as we can, so here's a plan.
This week we're trying to get to 1,000 radio plays for "Lay me down". Right now, as I'm typing, it has over 600 plays - we need less than 300, we have 7 days.
After the single is out, we NEED to keep going for at least few days - we need to get people hear the single, even in small radios. Every play helps.
I know most of radio stations ignore us, but if some of them played "Lay me down" more than one time, it's really worth a try!
Notice the fact some people might listen to small and big radios (one at home, one at work etc.) - if they hear "Lay me down" on small local radio, they can always request it later on bigger radio station if they like it so they can hear it again.
Below you can find radio stations that we're trying to reach. Just kindly ask them - keep it short and simple! :)
Example message: Hi guys, could you please play "Lay me down" by Pixie Lott? Thank you!
I'm separating this for days, so we don't have to tweet bunch of radio stations at once. If we all focus on the same ones, they might notice us!
Of course if you only want you can tweet them all in one day - it's gonna be more effective, I'm just separating it because I understand some people might prefer it this way.
This list includes radio stations which played "Lay me down" (day 1, 2, 3, 4) and rest is radio stations which played "Nasty", so they might play "Lay me down" if we ask (day 5, 6, 7)

DAY 7/(8):
It's final weekend - "Lay me down" premieres on Sunday at midnight, so we tweet to ALL the radio stations from the list: both on Saturday and Sunday - you don't have to tweet them at once, you can separate days on hours (for example at 10am you tweet radio stations from day 1, then you take a break and at 11am you tweet to radio stations from day 2, etc.)
Be kind and polite, avoid spam - I guarantee you - they see our tweets, so they just need to see so many different people tweeting this, not only one person. You can tweet them few times a day, but don't spam.
If you know any more local radios: tweet them!
If you don't live in the UK but you want to help Pixie more: request it in your country!
Remember, don't give up - it's better to reach small radio station with success than hope for the biggest one with fail. Step by step we might reach to bigger ones.

You can always let me know if it worked and which radio station agreed to play it - we'll try to improve it for future plans, so it'd be very helpful.

A little bit more about the whole idea of Pixie Request
ABOUT: This is just an account which will help us communicate during promo time. We can help Pixie by requesting the singles, so I'll make twitlongers, gather any other ideas - it'll be easier to keep it in one place.
- I'm not claiming the idea of requesting Pixie's singles
- I'm not forcing anyone to join - feel free if you want to, I'm trying to make it faster and easier if you're willing to help - we're doing this only for Pixie
- I'm open for all ideas, suggestions, help etc. - I won't claim the ideas as my own, everyone works here for Pixie and this is OUR thing - doesn't matter who runs it
- Again, I am not claiming any of the work I do - we're doing this together, so it's our work. The idea was ready - I'm just trying to put it together so you guys can find it easier to request
- Since it's called Pixie Request, we'll try to do similar thing for other singles - I'll also tweet all things related to her music once a while - links to music, music videos
It's all about helping Pixie and having this on one Twitter is obviously easier to keep up with, in my opinion.
