It's a letter to the UK ambassador in Sweden and is protesting against the fact that the british government is apparently seeking the support from other governments and organisations abroad for the no side, and the person writing it wants to state that they find it improper and that Scottish independence would be a good thing both for Scotland and for the UK as a whole
and they want the letter forwarded to the devotion unit and the ministry for foreign affairs.

It also says that Scotland's independence would be proof that the British government stands for true democratic values and a respect for the opinion of the people (note, not translated by me!)
