TW organizer's clarification notice on happenings with regards to HJ's TW concert

Kim Hyun Joong 2014 Phantasm Concert although went through many hiccups, luckily it ended well, Kim Hyun Joong also left Taiwan yesterday (6 July) with a happy heart.

With regards to all the dissatisfaction from fans that arose from the concert arrangement, Ciaohsiao (西佑娛樂) will respond as below:

First of all we need to explain to fans, the communication flow for this concert is Keyeast (KHJ agency) - May's Entertainment (world tour representing company) - Live Planet (China/Taiwan concert sponsor company) - Ciaohsiao (Taiwan organizer), vice versa, from confirmation to undertake till concert ended there's only a short period of less than 4 months, in actual fact Ciaohsiao does not hold any decision making rights, even from materials (concert posters?) to news announcement also need to go through the three companies before proceeding, Ciaohsiao can only provide suggestions based on actual situations, and to proceed only after the three companies had discussed/decided.

To put it simply, including venue / ticket price / seating arrangement, benefits, merchandises etc, Ciaohsiao can only wait for the three companies to decide and notify us to release information, as the communication flow is tedious and time-consuming, the execution time was also suppressed, thus many things did not turned out well.

After ticket sales on 21 June, as the sales did not turn out very well, many fans suggested to change to full seating, furthermore if not many are standing for moshpit it may somehow affect the artiste's performance/mood, thus after discussion, decided to change to full seating. But after changing to full seating, there's many fans whom responded that their benefits were being cut and hope to have more benefits, thus upon communication with the three companies, Korean side agreed to have Hi-5 for everyone and to arrange for courier for goods merchandise (sorry, not very clear on the merchandise par), so we received the first pass on 29 June from Seoul side to announce the news of Hi-5 for everyone.

2 July evening first batch of staff from May's arrived in Taiwan, 3 July during a meeting they informed Ciaohsiao that Hi-5 is limited to first 1000 fans and goods merchandise is only restricted to penlight only, Ciaohsiao was taken aback, efforts to demand for more things were fruitless so we urgently coordinated for a remedy solution, and was given approval to print posters to give out to fans who were not able to get the Hi-5, thus Ciaohsiao announced on 4 July that the Hi-5 will be limited to 1000 fans and urgently located a printing firm to rush out the posters so we were in time to give out the posters to fans who did not get the Hi-5.

As to issues that fans responded that they were being chased out during Hi-5, during that day before the start of Hi-5 session May's staff told Ciaohsiao, hope that other fans who will not be doing the Hi-5 to leave the concert hall quickly, and to faster the Hi-5 process they want us to hurry the fans to walk faster, during the Hi-5 process through the interpreter they kept asking us why hadn't those not selected for Hi-5 still haven't left the hall, thus we can only asked our staff to request those fans who were not selected for Hi-5 to leave quickly.

For this concert Ciaohsiao suffered heavy monetary losses and unparalleled reputation damages, releasing this notice is not to steer clear of anything, since we agreed to undertake this concert, Ciaohsiao will be responsible for all, just that many fans wants us to give an explanation, we are not able to answer each fan's questions, can only post our clarification here, although no matter what we say fans will also attack, will not get over it, will also speculate, moreover the headlines released from the media is beyond our control, but we hope to answer to everyone.
