An appeal to #American #citizens to stop #Genocidal program against #Rohingya by the State, #Burma
We, 1 million Rohingya are being kept under genocidal blockage since June 2012, after two horrible massacres against us; burnt down 1000s of our houses, killed 1000s of Rohingya people, looted all our properties, and keep us under genocidal blockage. President Thein Sein of Burma claims democracy process but State has been implementing regime’s policies and laws. After violence, Thein Sein demanded UN to send all Rohingya to a third country.
Beginning of 21st century is sign of democratic government all over the World; America remains the sole leader of democracy, influence all over the World after cessation of cold war, socialist and communist regimes and dictators have fewer chances to remain in power.
American had succeeded colonial rule of British, in 1776, 100 years before we became British colony. Americans are the most senior revolutionaries who inspired the World for liberation. Democracy, the last word in political wisdom, has been defined as the Government of the people, by the people and for the people. With the support of American citizens, US leaders have been sympathizing Rohingya, the most persecuted peoples on Earth. We appreciate US Government and American citizens for the kind support and we would like to appeal for immediate protection from inhumane Nazi-like genocidal persecution of Rakhine authority and Myanmar Government against 1million Rohingya kept under genocidal blockage.
Root cause of Neo-Nazism in Burma
The Daily Guardian, Rangoon, 27th October 1960 reported that Burmese “Supreme Court quashes expulsion orders against Rohingya Muslims.”It is true, the disturbances were not entirely foreign inspired. Pumped up in prejudice by the leading Bangladeshi Monk activist, U Ottama, since 1930’s Rakhine extremists of the Arakan became anti-Rohingya and anti-Muslim.
After nation-wide protest against regime demanding democracy , regime started Buddhist propaganda ; built Dammaryun in every street ,ward,village and school, organizing monks’ preaching everywhere including national media. There were 300000 monks in Burma before 1988, State and Rakhine extremists increased the number of monks more than 600000. As 70% of the monks are Rakhine, it became a good advantages for Rakhine Extremists for Neo-Nazi propaganda in the name of Buddhism.

When regime won the election in 2010, it formed 969 Buddhist groups against non-Buddhists, especially for Rohingya Genocide. General Khin Nyunt built Kyaukdawgyi Paya in 1990 and President Thein Sein built Buddha Gaya, and many other pagodas after he became president. Regime and Rakhine Extremists have many advantages in formation of 969 Buddhist terrorist groups and Buddhist propaganda:
1. They can easily deceive majority public
2. They can easily complete State’s plan of Rohingya Genocide
3. Rakhine Extremists can try to build independence Rakhine fatherland
4. While they are showing democracy process, they can easily eliminate Rohingya with support of majority Buddhists
5. Power will remain in the hands of regime in civilian dress
Rohingya Genocide
Ne Win constitutionalized his dominance of Burma. Myanmar dictators have been using Rakhine Extremists for Rohingya Genocide to since 1974. Since 1970s, State conducted more than two dozen operations against Rohingya. The Arakan Defence Force went over to the allies and turned against the Japanese in early 1945. In 1948, Rakhine became a division within the Union of Burma. In 1974, the Ne Win government's new constitution granted Rakhine Division "state" status. In 1989, the name of Arakan State was changed to "Rakhine" by the military junta.
In 1978, an officially recorded 207,172 Rohingyas took shelter in Chittagong. UNHCR and Amnesty International investigation found out that Rohingyas were carrying Burmese National Registration cards. In 1990-92 again over 2,68,000 Rohingyas were sent back to Bangladesh. This time the Burmese government made sure that Rohingyas do not carry any official Burmese document. Rohingyas are identified as “foreigners” and now suffer in the land which they were born and brought up. The Burma’s military in alliance with the Rakhine ultra-nationalist plays an extermination policy based on fear and intimidation. Since June 2012, 1000s of Rohingya died in land and sea, more than 140000 became IDP, 1000s of Rohingya left the country because of abusive human right violation by the State. Crimes Against Humanity: namely, murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation, persecutions on political, racial or religious grounds .
Thein Sein government must immediately end the persecution of the Rohingya minority and the violation of their most basic human rights. All policies and practices amounting to enslavement, restrictions on movement, forced labor, deportation, forcible transfer of population, land confiscation, rape and sexual violence, marriage restrictions, arbitrary detention, murder, torture and other ill-treatment, discrimination, and other violations without delay.
In a documentary first aired by Al Jazeera on December 9, 2012, Professor William Schabas, one of the world’s foremost experts on genocide and until recently the president of the International Association of Genocide Scholars, characterized the sectarian violence against the Rohingya as genocide. “We’re moving into a zone where the word can be used,” Schabas said
“When you see measures preventing births, trying to deny the identity of the people, hoping to see that. . . they no longer exist, denying their history, denying the legitimacy of the right to live
where they live, these are all warning signs that mean that it’s not frivolous to envisage the use of the term genocide.”
Myanmar regime and Rakhine Extremists started Rohingya Genocide allegation of Bangali intruders and Bangali terrorists. They accused Bangladesh for sending Bangali terrorists into Burma.
Who are real Bangali Terrorists?
There were more than 2 million Rakhine Buddhists in Chittagong Hill Tracts of Bangladesh, formerly East Pakistan, before 1948. After 1970s, 1000s Bangladeshi Rakhine Buddhists came into Rakhine State with the help of Rakhine authority.
RBWA ,Rakhine communities in Bangladesh was established in 1989 and at the latest convention they vowed to extend their activities into housing plans and micro-credit for poor Rakhine people.
The Maungdaw authority –Immigration department- is going to enlist the Rakhine Buddhist from Bangladesh who were settled in Maungdaw since September 23,2009 according to an officer who deny his name. The project was started after Chief Minister held meeting with Maungdaw officials while he visited Maungdaw on 22 September, the officer said.
The Immigration officer are collecting the family list and photograph to all the new settlers who had come from Bangladesh- Bangladeshi Rakhine. The government will give them the IDs card and will issue new family registration card which mean they are from Burma and staying in the Maungdaw and Buthidaung, the officer more added.
The new settlers are welcome by Burmese authority and Arakan State government, Rakhine politicial party and local Rakhine. The Bangladeshi Rakhine who were living in the Chittagong hill tract where they works hard for their survival. When Rakhine political party and local Rakhine organized the hill people to flee from Bangladesh to Burma with allegation of discrimination, said a NGOs person who deny his name and his organization.
Most of the Bangladeshi Rakhine became Government servants; high positions in political, social and religious fields such as military, immigration, custom, teachers, and monk. There are 100s of Bangladeshi Rakhine Buddhist monasteries in Myanmar. Those Bangladeshi Rakhine politicians like Dr. Aye Maung, monks, and regime started Neo-Nazism throughout Burma; regime support Buddhist Extremism for majority support and Bangladeshi Rakhine to build Independence Rakhine Fatherland.
Recently, 18 Bangladeshi Rakhine Extremists of Gundum, Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar were arrested by Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) on March 24th 2014 at 11:30PM while they were crossing the border of Bangladesh and going Myanmar to attack Rohingyas. http://www.thestateless.com/2014/03/bdg-arrested-23-moghs-of-two-gangs.html
Rakhine Extremists formed many armed forces such as ALP, Rakhine Army, Rakhine Militants and Arakan Defence Force etc. They want to eliminate Rohingya which also State’s policy for the regime’s Bamarnization.
International Investigation is essential to decide who are real Bangali in Burma.
Rakhine Extremists and International Organizations
Rakhine Extremists have been insulting and abusing rights of international community against humanity ; they protest against humanitarian organizations and use bad word towards honorable persons who care humanity regardless of race, color and religion. They insulted International Organizations as follows:
1) UNHCR – Kular United that works for the Kular’s economic and social development, education, child protection and social discrimination, and help them achieve their so-called rights. A real Kular United, that protects Kular from being called Kular, based in Geneva, Switzerland. It’s been 30 years since they have introduced the term ‘stateless people’ and supported them to establish a Rohingya country. Kular United that’s waiting sneakily for a time to support the Rohingya by providing minimal assistance to Rakhine such as a pot and a blanket. We have to attack them.

2) WFP – Another Kular United that works closely with the UNHCR to provide rice to Kular for their food security and continued education. The organization now cleverly waiting to support Kulars while assisting Rakhines with a small portion of rice. It’s a Rome-based organization, working through a Rakhine officer and other Rakhine staff who are licking Kulars’ buttocks. We will attack them all.

3) AZG – A Holland and French NGO that is importing arms for Kulars to occupy Rakhine State.

4) ACF – A French Kular NGO, feeding nutritious food for Kulars’ future generation to become stronger. We have seen them trying to reopen their office by paying their Rakhine staff double.

5) AMI – A German NGO who is supporting Kulars’ health with medicines (Which was cracked down by the people in Buthidaung in 2010). Buthidaung fulfilled their national obligation just as Tunggup[3].

6) Malteser – A German NGO working 90% for Kulars and 10% for Rakhine. The real culprit that systematically cracked down the Buddha Wihara Monastery in Sittwe in 2010. They continue working by paying their Kulars’ buttock-licking Rakhine two-fold of their salary. We have to target those who earn double.

7) Save the Children – Save the Muslim organization that is providing daily update on the Kular and Rakhine situation so that other Kular NGOs can come in. Their office is busy every day. Stop now!

8) Solidarites – A Kular French NGOs cunningly waiting by opening half of their office door to support Kular.

9) NCV (Muslim Karuna group) – They have been here less than a week. Nothing assisted to Rakhines. A Muslim group directly supporting Kulars by using a huge amount of money. Using a logo of open palm and the youths organized by 88 generation student leader Ko Mya Aye (a Muslim), they are being active in Sittwe. We will eliminate them.

Abuses of human right violations continues against Rohingya as well as International Community in Arakan State of Burma by the State sponsored 969 Rakhine Extremists and authority. Rohingya are being threatened in every village of Arakan State by the authority. Authority threaten to kill all Rohingya if they use their own name “Rohingya”.It is the greatest human right violation on Earth that a person’s original name is robbed by force.
Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal lawmaker Moinuddin Khan Badal suggested parliament that Bangladesh should take steps to draw attention of the world community for creating a safe zone for protecting 15 lakh oppressed Rohingyas in Arakan in Myanmar. He also urged the government to pursue the international community to create a safe zone for the Rohingyas in Arakan and take a proactive foreign policy so that they might live with safety in their homeland.

According to Census law of 2014, Burma, everyone has right to answer freely but Rakhine authority, Rakhine Extremists ,State sponsored 969 groups and military leaders in civilian dress have been terrorizing Rohingya not to use the term.
We appeal American citizens, Europeans and Arabs to provide immediate protection for Rohingya and save Burma from Neo-Nazism appeared as 969 Buddhists in Burma otherwise State will eliminate all Rohingya very soon and Neo-Nazism of Burma may threaten regional peace and security.
