Hi guys it's Bou (@MyDelenaWorld) if you don't know me yet. As promised, here's a TwitLonger that explains why I still believe in Nian. I know it can seem crazy for some people but I DO believe in them and I'm not the only one. I will explain why I don't believe that they are just "friends" and I hope this will help some of you to understand and respect my opinion :)

First of all, the idea of a Nian break up always sounded totally crazy to me and, as most of us, I expected them to deny the rumor, which never happened.
However, I didn't want to read articles and believe their anonymous sources.
I wanted proves, so I searched for them.
At the beginning, and until Brussels con which was on May (11 & 12) after the rumors started, I didn't have any sources. Everything I believed was based on my own opinion.
Then, a friend of mine shared with me some information after her meeting with a woman at this con, a woman who is not a friend of Ian but she met him several times (she's model and mom of a little boy). She got a VIP pass he’d offered her. She got to spend some time with the cast and drink champagne with them (mostly Ian and Paul). She was really proud of that and talked about it to two of my friends (who are not friends for the record) at the con and on facebook. She told them about the party, showed us a pic of Ian kissing her cheek and she also mentioned that Nina and him are still together (this was back in may 2013).
Anyway, this is about my first source. I can't tell you everything I know but if you have to know something then here it was.

Now comes the biggest part.
I spent the whole summer thinking about it, making my own theories, searching for information, talking to people, many people. But always the right ones.
I'm not gonna lie, it was not easy, it's never been easy to be honest. I had ups and downs. I wanted to give up and I tried because, believe it or not all I want is Nian’s happiness.
But with everything I know and everything I found out, I can tell you that this story doesn't make any sense, whether you believe that they are still dating or not.
So you have to be smart. Some of us have been following Ian & Nina for over 4 years now. We know they don't talk about their private life. We’ve always known that. The media know it as well. So how can you explain that a magazine like US Weekly got such news about them?

The same magazine that wrote an article about Nina with the picture of Victoria Justice, Nina being pregnant etc...
My point is it all started because of them. So let's go back to where it began...


- May 3 (2013), Ian & Nina did a photoshoot and an interview for Penshoppe. They didn't have much time together as Ian was just back from China that's why he "had his hands all over Nina". He was very gentle toward her, he brought her a bottle of water when she asked for, rubbed her back, replaced her bangs etc...
He left for Spain after that.
He attended many cons and had a lot of work to do. All of this was planned just as Nina's plans to travel all around the world with her girls (she said it in the Penshoppe interview).


- May 16, CW Upfront. Ian was back from Toronto after an "insane meeting" with CreeBulb, Go Green and ISF. He had a "really busy day" and couldn't even take the time for fans (he apologized though).
He kissed Nina on the cheek and she danced in front of him. Yes you heard well.
But tell me, what kind of exes do that?
Two days later he was in Paris, then London on May 20.


- May 21, Nina tweeted about Oklahoma tornado and told people to turn to RYOT for help, so did Ian. She recently followed Ryot (they were really happy though) and she didn't forget to wish them a Happy 1 year birthday. I mean I barely remember my sisters' birthdays but Nina remembers Ryot's.


- May 24, Ian tweeted about the woman who grabbed his arm.
He explained what exactly happened because the media wrote articles about them like he was moving on (sleeping with women) and bullshit we're now used to.
Why would he even take the time to justify himself while he was busy shooting in London? Somerholics didn't need his confirmation to know that it wasn't true.

It's just funny and sweet how Ian and Nina seem to have a lot of pics of Datherine from S1. No need to mention that almost a month earlier (April 26) Nina tweeted a Datherine pic { http://media2.whosaystatic.com/329591/329591_800wc.jpg}.
So no wonder who Ian was thinking of on this first day in Moscow.
He spent a busy weekend working, then he met fans on May 26th. He left on May 27th 2013 { http://instagram.com/p/Z1LfXnKJ-n/} to go back to London for The Anomaly until June 6. June 7 he was in Germany for 3 days then back to London.


- June 3, Michaela was at Nina's house which was still Nian's house. They were remodeling. I know that people freaked out and started wondering if she was removing Ian's stuff out but it doesn't make any sense.

1) Because this happened 1 month - 3 weeks after Ian left.
2) We got pictures of Moke in the suitcase tagged as #unconditionallove #reciprocated on June 13th 2013. They took several pictures of the cats (Moke and Lynx) and Ni(a)n's appartment that Michaela tweeted later.
3) Nina called Moke "kid". If you know any woman nowadays that calls her ex's cat "kid" just like she used to, call me. Because that clearly shows that nothing has changed. The kid is still home, and will always be.


- June 7, Nina used Ian's words as to wish him a goodnight. The day before that pic of Moke (june 12), Nina had a dinner with Jessica (Ian's assistant), Paul (Jessica's husband), Aaron (the guy who went to Coachella with Nian in 2012) and his wife. If Nian were really over back then, I believe Jessica would have kept Moke especially if Nina was already packing to leave ATL for 2 weeks.

As you can see it, this is an engagement ring for lovers. Nina got it during her trip in Toronto while visiting Kayla @.kayla_0507 (may she rest in peace) with Ian, her mom and her brother, Alex. She never left it the whole summer. Even to swim. She made it look like she wanted to show her nails but it was not the case. If she would have really wanted to show her nails she'd have taken the pic with her RIGHT hand but she didn't because of the ring. Weird for a woman who said "I'm not a material girl. My love can't be purchased" (May 30).

Interviewer: So you're looking for to having a break?

Ian: "Yeah I'm on that break now. But I'm definitely looking forward to be back to see my vampire diaries family."

Ian finished shooting on June 22nd 2013. How is it that they released such a short video after at least 2/3 weeks? This simply shows that the media play a lot. Colton's video where he "confirmed" the Nian break up came out on June 28th but they didn't ask Ian about any of this...


- July 8, Ian tweeted about Ana the lady he was shooting the Azzaro commercial with in Italy. He made sure that everyone understands and respects his friend { http://instagram.com/p/bhYPnNKJ9H/} As the wise man he is, he chose the perfect words so everyone could stop harassing her.


- July 9, they officially started shooting 5x01 and what an episode!

He basically promoted the cover of the magazine about his and Nina's split. It reminds me of the speech Nina wrote at the PCAs. They always seem to make a lot of fun of their break up while the "world" is crying their separation.

- Sept 20, Ian & Nina called Michaela, Nina's mom to wish her a happy birthday.

Ian replied " Awwww!Thank you NINA-thank you for the love&support.Truly. Xo Ian" not only support but also love. Friends do support each other but there was no need to mention the word "love" unless he wanted to make it obvious. He was even prouder because SHE was proud of him.


- Oct 4, Michaela was excited to see her vampire kids like she always called Ian and Nina.
Nina was up all night because of shooting and right after she was done she tweeted Ian and retweeted Ilaria who mentioned him in her tweet. You know Nina's a stalker, don't you?


- Oct 9, Ian asked people to send positive vibes to his little pregnant Nietzsche and Nina quoted and replied: " Awww poor little Nietzsche ... Goodluck kiddo!" She called her "Kiddo" just like she calls Moke "kid" and Lynx "baby girl" she has sweet names for Ian's pets because she's close to both. And I don't think I'm looking too much into it.
Nina is very maternal, and those words came very naturally. She visited Ian just after a night shooting. She helped and took pictures of the babies and while everyone expected Ian to tweet the pic, Nina did. She was the one who tweeted the pic of the puppies after Nietzsche gave birth. We all witnessed Ian's excitement about the dog's pregnancy. Paul and Jessica were there, yet Nina is the one who tweeted that precious photo. This is not nothing. It just means that she is part of the family.

He did an interview (actually two) in ATL while shooting this episode and the interviewer asked him what part in Damon he sees most in himself (5:18) and it's interesting how he talks about his experiences and relationships (brotherhood and love) "I'm a lot like Damon or should I rephrase it: Damon is a lot like me." But that's not the MOST interesting part because as much as I try to stay neutral and make a difference between the character and him, it becomes really hard especially when he says (6:04) "There're a lot of similarities, a lot of crongruence, a lot of consistency with where I am in my life and what Damon's life is like on screen. And vice versa. A LOT." - Nov 9, the cast was celebrating the 100th episode of TVD. We got a few pictures of Ian & Nina hugging. It was like the sweetest thing in the world. Their hug was so tight. No word can describe it.

- Nov 27, A mysterious message from Nina " For starters, I am grateful for AAA ... You've always been there for me and especially as of late. Like right now." She was on set shooting. I don't think I need to say more because if this tweet wasn't for Ian she'd have mentioned the person she was talking about. But she's a troller...


- Dec 8, Ian's birthday. Yes Nina wasn't there but she was at Trevor's Project for a good cause and it was important for her to be there because she was bullied in her childhood. Julie was there too. And remember, she organized a pre-birthday dinner for Ian (dec 5) Ian called it "a hot date" not because it was with his boss "the one and only" but because Nina was there too. Julie was "just" an excuse to use the words "hot date". And when everybody thought Nina forgot to wish him a HB she tweeted on Dec 9. It's a lucky number: May 9, Sept 9, Oct 9, Nov9, Dec 9, Jan 9. But y'all know this already ;)
She also told him not to eat too much gluten not because "she cares about his abs" like some said, although I'm sure she does lol but in an interview in 2009 Ian said he had a gluten alergy. So yes she cares about his health more than she cares about his abs. That's why she went to the clinic with him for his hyperbaric oxygen treatment back in July.


- Dec 25, the world was searching for Mr. Somerhalder. I knew where he was I just didn't want to tell everyone because he seemed looking for privacy. He was obviously in Louisiana with his family. Nina was nowhere to be seen... When Julianne tweeted another video where she mentioned Nina (yet she was not in it) Nina was on her way to Australia. She did not spend Christmas with her and her family in Utah but she didn't not spent it in Australia either...


- Jan 8, what a day. Delena and Ian won a People's Choice Award, Nina didn't but it was like she was SO happy and proud of her chemistry award that she even forgot to mention the PCA Fav scifi actress. I know they confirmed the break up but they chose the perfect moment actually.
A few hours earlier Ian was at LAX airport and he met the papz there. They asked him if he was still dating Nina but he did not reply. He smiled and kept walking.
Now let's focus on that speech which, let's not forget, was written by Nina. This woman amazes me! She's a big troller yet smart and clever. Once again they made fun of their break up "we started dating on the show." "Then we started dating in real life" we all noticed how this was awkward because they started dating in real life (2010) then they started dating on the show (2012). Still, 2012 is the year they started admitting they're dating. Before that, they always found a way to hide as much as possible. They also lied and denied dating. So it is very possible they're doing it again. Especially after 9 months. They also said that their characters are still dating on the show which, technically, is not the case.
So my question is: how do you explain that there're so many mistakes in such a short speech written by a smart woman? Why did they talk about Damon & Elena as Ian & Nina "you're hooking up with my brother" "well, you killed my brother". I know what you're gonna tell me, they were talking in the name of their characters. But take a look at 0:53 {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VPn4XSwKfqc&feature=youtube_gdata_player} "and then we broke up in real life" Nina wasn't staring at the camera yet she did during the whole speech except that part. For someone who is supposed to confirm and convince people she didn't look very confident. But this is just my opinion of course.
Ian had the best lines "We started dating in real life" "and yet our characters are still dating on the show". This is just a caricature of what the media have been doing this whole summer and still do. Nina is the "evil queen" "Ian is the innocent boy". I'm not saying which one is bad and which one is good. I'm just pointing out how easy it was for the media to show that Nina was the one who broke Ian's heart and it was very smart of her to get the "bad lines". She already kind of confirmed it during her Cosmo interview and she did it again that night. Ian never did. He was always avoiding questions. On The Latifah Show he said again that it was all Nina's idea (don't think I'm blaming her, I'm not).

In my opinion, what was supposed to be about DE was actually Nian "we started dating on the show", "our characters are still dating on the show" (Nian) and what was supposed to be Nian was actually DE "then we broke up in real life." That makes it even more awkward since they showed Nian pics to make it look like DE. But it was totally intended. And the kiss on the cheek. Everyone died. So much passion, love and it was the most real thing, in my opinion, of the whole "scene". Nina was giggling like a teenager in love.


- Jan 9, Nina's birthday. Julie, Kevin, Ian and Julianne were there. Important people to Nina celebrated her birthday with her. Ian was the first one to tweet "Happy Birthday @ninadobrev !!! The world loves you!We all do;) Enjoy the moment, enjoy the day,enjoy the year." "The world loves you, we all do ;)". No explanation necessary. We saw, we read, we understood. Ian couldn't be more obvious!
Nina got emotional that night. She cried happy tears. And... she got a sex book too! { http://www.hostingpics.net/viewer.php?id=707165IMG20140222112626.jpg} What kind of friend would offer this if she didn't have a boyfriend to practice with? And I'm not talking about Derek or Julian Tobias that were nothing but her FRIENDS. Then Kevin tweeted that pic of Nina, Ian and Julianne. He's a big Nian supporter in case you didn't know. We got to learn a lot with him about Nian. Nian in bed with him, Ian running to Nina's house because she was locked out etc...
He's always there when something important happens. He was there during the "most epic night" Nina ever spent at the Elton John AIDS foundation event with Ian.

A couple of days later Nina had an interview with Kristin and she said this:

She still has an "enormous respect and love for him" (and "everyone" is useless because it was all about her and Ian not the rest). And it didn't change. She stills loves and appreciates his qualities. But something must have changed if they broke up. Something went wrong. But according to Nina nothing has changed. Isn't this weird?

Cosmo did the same when she talked about the break us we got her answer but not the question. The first seconds, Nina felt really uncomfortable (laughing a little, scratching her hair) then after they cut that part she started "it's just honest, you know? All that was was just honest." Like who said it wasn't?
Personally, when I speak the truth I just say things and I don't try to convince people because I don't care who's gonna believe or not. Things went crazy after their speech at the PCAs. The media started wondering if they ever broke up, they even started saying that they might be engaged etc... It's a lot of pressure and I'm sure both of them didn't expect such a huge reaction from the media and fans. So even when the media can't believe they broke up, it felt like they had to convince everyone. Always saying "we are friends", "it's not awkward", "nothing has changed" etc...
Again, with Mario Lopez she said "there's still a lot of love and friendship."

The word "love" comes back everytime but she always makes sure people don't get it in the wrong way.

(4:57) Mario asks Nina why is she single? Nina's answer: "Because I want to..." "I'm just taking some time to figure out me and do things that make me feel uncomfortable and step outside of the box." Does this sound familiar to you? If not, it should because this is exactly what Nina is doing now and what she's been doing all summer long. She takes the time for herself, she has fun but she also does things that she is not used to doing and that's what makes her feel uncomfortable.
(5:38) "So I really want to take this YEAR to do things that are not easy and make me uncomfortable just to see what's like even if it's good or bad or terrible. It's like you learn from every experience." Nina is in that mood now. She takes a year as a break for herself to experience a lot of things of the outside world and she makes mistakes because she is human. Ian tweeted on her birthday "enjoy the moment" Nina always lives for the present. "Enjoy the day, enjoy the YEAR." I never really noticed how those words could make sense until Nina suddenly talked about taking a year to enjoy herself. Being with Ian is probably the thing that changed her life and she started dating him very young (21). She was always with him, traveling with him, working with him, living with him and she loved that. But Atlanta is a bubble and as Ian works a lot she couldn't just stay home and watch him. She needed to go out and experience the amazing world we live in. She went back to so many places they visited together. But that doesn't mean she forgot him. She didn't. She had a lot of sweet attentions like "goodnight to the beautiful world. Love you. Mean it." She posted a pic of a sun rise not a sunset. It was early in ATL but late in Europe. I really believe that the reason they are still very close is because they don't want anything to ever change. It can be a "break" but the only reason not to lose what they've built in 4 years is to remain close just like they are. I'm not saying they lied when they said they are friends because they've always been and Nina's mom thinks that a "friendship like theirs is forever". Nina said "the best relationships are the ones that are a continuation of a friendship. You have to have a solid friendship to have a good relationship." That's the advantage of Nian’s relationship, friendship. She didn't want to take her relationship for granted. (6:20) Another awkward moment Mario says "Even though you're lying to me." They both laughed and again Nina said "no I'm not lyibg to you, I try to be as honest as possible." If we consider that she and Ian are in a kind of "break" so yeah she is not really lying. She says only what she can say. (7:00) Mario asked her what's her type. In the Cosmo interview she described the perfect man according to her and everyone could see Ian behind her description. She said herself that the guy on TVD are a lot like that. But now that she confirmed the break up she can't do the same thing because it would be just weird. Mario asked her if she would like to date someone in the business and she said "no" that is not new. The fact that Ian and Nina are co-stars and were supposed to remain only co-stars was the major problem as Nina wanted to be professional. I'm just saying that it would be easier if they weren't on the same show. But it was their decision to date each other and none of them regrets it. It was worthy. They just want people to see Damon and Elena as Delena and not Nian. When Ian wanted to play Christian Grey a lot of people asked Nina if she would play Ana but she said no because everyone would see Damon and Elena. Even L.J Smith wanted them to be Christian and Ana but Nina said she'd rather see Ian getting the role, she'd be happy for him because he's a great actor. This was a while ago but it simply shows that they both want people to respect their privacy and see them as actors and not as a real life couple on a TV show. That's why they tried to hide their relationship. And they would do it again. But who can blame them? They only want to protect it. And not to "kiss in front of the world" ;)

"I'm attracted to someone who's good at what they do... It's like a balance." Does this remind you of someone?


- Jan 24, "iansomerhalder Even dying #KatherineFierce is hot.." such a gentleman (#melting) Ian is totally crazy about Katherine's body aka Nina's. That's not a secret. And what's actually cute here is that he chose this scene to send an indirect. Katherine was supposed to look old and be at her worst yet Ian found her attractive. This is every woman's dream: to find a man that still loves you even when you're no longer young. I know it was not real but it was the only thing he found interesting enough to comment. A few lines about that Nerek thing. It was all PR and if you have doubts I won't try to convince you. But here are a few details. You should also know that Nina and Derek are from the same agency just like Liam and Nina, same agency again. I know that a lot of people don't appreciate Derek and I don't either because true friends protect their friends. That's not what Derek did when Amber Riley tried to explain to the interviewer that him and Nina were just friends. He didn't even let her talk and he was like "hey there. Hey there." Looking for attention again. Talking about that, it's like Nina dates a new guy every week which is totally crazy. In her Cosmo interview she said herself that she is a "long relationship kind of girl". She holds hands with men but that doesn't mean she is dating them. She was holding hand with her publicist just like she held Candice's hand but she never dated none of them. And all those rumors like she was spotted kissing and hugging with a new guy every week. It's always people that just met her who spread those bullshits. It's always the same story, hugging and kissing but we're never got pictures so far. I'd like to call your attention on the Nina and Liam rumor at that bar in Atlanta. Everything started when someone tweeted a pic of Liam with a girl. We see her back but we're not even sure if it's Nina. Everyone assumed so because Nina was at this bar. The chick said she saw a kick kiss between them. The media stole the pic and they started doing what they do best: spread b*llshit. They made up stories and gave out sources and what was supposed to be a kick kiss turned into three kisses with details simply unbelievable. It's very easy to spread but it brings a lot of hate to a woman who's simply trying to have fun.
Jan 30, a week of snow Nina spent with a part of the cast but also Paul and Jessica. I don't mean Paul Wesley but Paul aka Jessica's husband who held her on his back. I think it's just good to see how close Nina is to all the people that are important to Ian. She appreciates them a lot. The same people Ian spends a lot of time with. Like "your friends are mine too". Nina's family is very close to Ian. Not only Michaela but Jeny too. That's the message she sent to Ian on his birthday "JenyNikolova: Happy Bday mr @.iansomerhalder !! Wishing you endless love and happiness. Love from the Nikolova family!! Xox" She spoke in the name of the whole family. Because Ian is a part of it. I always said that Nian isn't just a couple, they are a family. Alex, Nina's brother, is close to Ian. We saw him at the Comic Con walking beside Ian and his bodyguards. It's like Nina's family is also Ian's. How ironic is this? It's okay to remain close with your ex, it's okay to be friends but in Nian’s case it's more than this. Michaela always shows the amount of love and support she has for Ian. People call her "Nian hope". She left for months to travel in Europe. What kind of mom would do that if her daughter was going through a break up? And the one thing Michaela did when she was back to Atlanta, she hugged Ian. She probably visited the puppies too, she said she would. If Ian was in a new relationship, for example, this kind of attitude toward his ex's family would've been inappropriate. And all the closeness he shows toward Nina as well. Some people think it's absolutely normal but it's very unusual. I've never seen this before.
The longer the relationship is, the more painful the break will be and the process as well. Every couple go through rough times but a breakup isn't the first solution, it is the last. When there's no hope left. Do you see this about Nian? When I look at them all I see is hope. That's what they show through their behavior and words for each other. I'm not telling you to have hope. I would never take such a decision for someone other than myself. And this twitlonger is not about convincing people that Ian & Nina are together. I wrote this to show people why I don't believe to the break up thing and why I don't believe they are just friends. If you think I'm crazy or delusional then let it be. I worked hard on this twitlonger. 3 days to find the pictures, tweets, videos and interviews. I watched them all, I edited as many pics as I could just so you guys can finally understand my point of view. All I expect from this is respect.
