Looking for a friendly, warm and accomplished conversationalist to spruce up the spoken English skills of some of our Russian IT talent. Their English reading and writing skills are pretty good so it's really rustiness and shyness you'd have to counter.

We were thinking about doing bi-weekly Skype conversation chats at 8 PM in Russia, which is 5 PM in England, 11 AM USA, 8.30 PM India. You'd have 4 enthusiastic students to start with and we're planning to expand this in a big way. Other people at other times and other places would add on over time.
