Golden Key International Honour Society regrets that one of our members, Lisa McIntyre, received a mailing containing an offensive salutation, from Bank of America. We have spoken to Ms. McIntyre and have expressed our apologies. She has been a valued member of Golden Key since 2000 when she joined the University of California – Berkley Golden Key Chapter.
This error happened on our end, and not with Bank of America. Golden Key has a long, successful relationship with Bank of America and is proud to have them as our partner. We are currently conducting an investigation of our systems to determine just what happened, and how it can be prevented from happening again.
