How #SocialMedia Works: #CustomerService info travels at speed of FibreOp™ @Bell_Mobility #Bell

16 December 2013, I did paid $17.25 to swap my Cellular Phone (A simple ESN change)
at the Bell Aliant store, 8753 (Bedford Commons)

Bell Mobility took away my Call Display, part of the grandfathered plan they accepted when they bought out Bell Aliant.

All the way through regulators, BBB, to Executive Office, I am now denied basic Customer Service on this matter with Bell Aliant (with whom I pay my bundle)

Bell Canada is too petty to correct their mistake, I must give in, or do without the service for which I pay. (If anyone would like to see my plan, check my Photos on Twitter)
