2.5 SPL Commission | Rangers FC
The Board will be informed when the letter has been issued to Rangers NewCo in pursuit of the financial sanction monies of £250k imposed on Rangers OldCo.

13. One option which the Board may wish to consider is proceeding against Newco in terms of SPFL Rule I38, which enables SPFL Limited to offset sums due to SPFL Limited by a Club against sums due by SPFL Limited to a Club. By this means, over time, the SPFL Limited could recover the amount of £250,000 as distributions became otherwise payable to Newco by SPFL Limited.
