Restored power transmission services to portions of Leyte and Samar Island, Dec 28. MEDIA ADVISORY: Customers of LEYECO 2, SAMELCO I & II, ESAMELCO & NORSAMELCO were affected by the power interruption at 12:03AM to around 7:00AM today. Reports indicate that the outage was due to the tripping of the Ormoc-Babatngon 138Kv line.(end)
