Regardless of "emotional" response, it doesn't detract from the point of NA solo queue lacking in quality. There's a reason @Hai_L9 tried to create an in-house league. Partially out of frustration partially to create a better environment to play League of Legends. This has been an outstanding problem that has never been addressed. Other regions don't have as much of a problem because of cultural difference.

I spoke with @Wickdlol about his thoughts on solo queue and what it does to build and create players. It's an extremely valuable tool that if used correctly shapes and creates talent.

I personally don't know the solution, whether its Riot trying to step in and implement something or another attempt at an in-house league. I doubt the whole region will randomly start getting better by itself.
