Well... This is what I have speculated from The Fallout 4 teaser.
Sources include: Facebook group 'Fallout memes' 'Tumblr' 'Wikipedia' 'Fallout Wikia' and my own knowledge of reading in the past. and the website that started it all http://thesurvivor2299.com/
I'm just going to post my ideas in order as I thought of them.

Saw this on 'Fallout memes'
Looking at Fallout one and two:
Fallout one: 2077- 'Vault dweller'
Fallout two: 2241- 'Chosen one'
Apart from Fallout one, there's over ten years between each setting.
Haven't looked at Tactics or BoS because they may be irreverent not being in the main story, main game, just small developments.
As, the story goes from Vault dweller and chosen one Fallout 1 and two are linked obviously by family, also the two were developed by Black Isle. But Fallout three, wasn't linked only by the rumored 'Albert' who was suspected to be the Chosen one's identity, but never confirmed. Also, that Fallout Three and New Vegas, were developed and published by different companies, Bethesda, ZeniMax and Obsidian, so they may take the idea of the different stories of the Lone wanderer and Courier and make the Survivor a new story.
This is based on my knowledge and what I've read from Fallout Wiki over time, so may be inaccurate. Feel free to share your ideas!
Personally I would be so excited if they carry on the Lone wanderer's family line. Fallout one and two are great games, and I would like to see Bethesda carry on the Fallout origins.

Therefore it may continue from Fallout three? Like fallout Two did from Fallout One.

5: Went on the Tumblr-
West Tek research facility- A location on Fallout one, related to quest 'Turn on the power for the glow' Glow- related to song 'To each his own' Song by the Ink Spots, whose songs have been used in all of the Fallout games. Lyrics 'If a flame is to grow, there must be a glow' Glow-is also the map marker for the location in Fallout one.

What I'm thinking?
Ella Deux, maybe a french companion? A main character? Ella may have come from Ella Fitzgerald, who's music has been used a lot in Fallout games.
So far I think there will be this Ella Deux and Three dog.
Water soundtrack, sounds like the ocean? And the facility is 'West Tek' So maybe the next Fallout will be set in Northern America, we have had Nevada in New Vegas so maybe Fallout Four will be set in California?
6: Listening to the soundtrack (Tumblr) Can hear the Morse. Also, you hear a gun shot, and like Fallout New Vegas, you survived the shot to the head? But it wouldn't be the same? Maybe you survive a shot?
Listening to the soundtrack again you can hear maybe somebody is breathing. And somebody is loading a revolver, maybe ‘the survivor’ is being help captive, and eventually survive.

You see words like:

A Requiem or Requiem Mass, also known as Mass for the dead or Mass of the dead. Is a Mass celebrated for the repose of the soul or souls of one or more deceased persons, using a particular form of the Roman Missal. It is frequently, but not necessarily, celebrated in the context of a funeral.(Wikipedia) So towers involving a funeral type must be destroyed. Like the silo of Hopeville on the Fallout 3 DLC Lonesome Road.
'Protect' 'Recover' Ella, Again pointing that she is a main person, maybe it is her who might get shot and you as the survivor who is the 'savior'
Lastly, 'Jonny Cavaldez' No clue... Maybe the person with the revolver... Who shoots Ella? The main story line could be Ella is shot and you have to rescue her and find the man who shot her? Sound too much like New Vegas.
8: 'Entry three= seven hours.' 4 AM, next audio.
9: Maybe it is Ella who is the savior. Like The daughter on the Pitt, the baby who was the savior to stop people turning into Trogs.
