[TRANS] CJES Official Notice: Strict Warning to Malicious Netizens

Hello.

Our company previously proclaimed a war on malicious netizens who habitually wrote slanderous comments about JYJ last year. Through many litigations, we have confirmed the unlawful acts of some malicious netizens. However, as false claims and slanderous material about the members continue to spread on cyber space, we are posting this notice.

1) To respond to malicious commenters, our company has set up an internal 'malicious commenters response team'. We monitor and check the captured materials that fans send to us every day. If an illegal act is confirmed to be true, we actively report these cases to investigative agencies such as the police and work with the law courts to file for compensation.

2) Currently, a user by the name of 'Holik' is active in the DC Gallery. As this person is a minor, s/he will not receive criminal punishment, but we are preparing to sue his/her parents through the civil court. Because Holik's crimes are already certain, we ask for fans to not respond to his/her comments, but make a screen capture and send the capture to our company. The same goes for Sasahara, who we have warned about through the Japan homepage. We are preparing a lawsuit against him through the Tokyo District Court. For cases such as Holik and Sasahara, we plan on having an investigative team as well as law-related representatives throughly managing the situation in the future. Therefore, we ask that fans not respond or react to their antics.

3) Our company not only monitors portal sites, but also DC Gallery, Bestiz, Daum Cafe (undisclosed) and more in real time. If false or insulting, slanderous contents are spread even in places only used by a part of netizens, we would like to warn that you can be charged with defamation/slander and receive criminal punishment. We would also like to state that there will be absolutely no leniency, compromise or agreement with malicious commenters in the future.

4) After litigation procedures, we will post an announcement regarding these criminal cases and work towards preventing a reoccurrence of said cases.
