[Trans] JYJ Japan news 438. Meaning of Junsu's first Japan concert
XIA Junsu will hold his solo concert for the first time in Japan.
C-jes entertainment revealed on the 8th, "XIA Junsu will have a solo concert for the first time in Japan since his solo debut."
On Oct 8 at 630 PM JST, XIA Junsu will kick off his Japan tour in Nagoya Rainbow hall as part of his 'XIA 2nd Asia Tour Concert' for his 2nd regular album, after a 3-day performance, he will then go to Yokohama next week for a 3 day concert, meeting 60,000 fans in total.
C-jes entertainment said, "Xia Junsu released his first Korean solo album last year and although he had a successful concert tour across four continents, including Europe, he can't hold a concert in Japan due to various constraints. Having a Japan tour this time, the expectations are high from the fans and Junsu himself. In particular, for this Japan tour, he will perform Japanese songs Minna Sora no Shita (by Ayaka)and Tsubomi(by Kobukoro).
The setlist will cover songs from his first and second album as well from various OSTs.
During the Japan ticketing, a total of 150,000 people participated for the 60,000 seats, earning a big response and high expectation from fans.
His 2nd regular album 'Incredible' also topped Tower Records Japan even before release.
His 2nd album also topped Kpop Category of Tower Records on the day of release and has received a lot of love from fans at home and international by placing no 1 in the dance category in iTunes across 8 countries including Japan and HongKong.
XIA Junsu is expected to gather around 24,000 fans in Nagoya and around 33,000 fans in Yokohama.
