Translation of Greek article : Review: Avicii – True (Part of the whole article , I focused at Lay Me Down and what he's thinking about his new album in general)

No need to say something about Avicii in the year 2013. His career has reached its peak and I don't think there is even someone who doesn't know Tim Bergling , or even a song of his .

Hits and the conquest of the single charts are fine, but a whole CD is something different. «True» is the move Avicii needed to prove that he isn't just a hitmaker who was lucky to come out during «Tomorrowland» era , but a complete artist with a beginning, middle and end .
«True» has exactly these elements at a time where integrated CDs from the big Djs come out rarely and where compilation discs and collections have become the norm , a full album takes on a special significance to EDM and generally in the electronic scene.

The commercial success of this album, is certain. Either it will be embraced by the hardcore-fans, or maybe call him out because he worked with people like Adam Lambert ( clarifying that he says this in a way that Adam little has to do with the EDM scene) , this has nothing to do with the quality of the tracks. «Lay Me Down» is an incredibly positive and fun song and proves why you should give as a composer opportunities and partnerships who carry some risk (Nile Rodgers with Lambert).

Songs that stood out: «Wake Me Up», «Dear Boy», «Lay Me Down», «Hope There's Someone»
