If I intend to submit an individual UNCRPD complaint on Lorraine Fraser's behalf, I'll need to comply with the admissibility requirements set up in the Optional Protocol of the UNCRDP (inter alia, a written submission, sufficient power of attorney or representation from alleged victims, exhaustion of domestic remedies, substantiation of allegations, information on any other remedy I have pursued, etc.

As I mentioned in my previous emails, if you want to submit a complaint to the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities you have to comply with the admissibility requirements set forth in the Optional Protocol to the Convention. I refer you again to the Committee's webpage where you can find this information, under the heading "petitions".
