« This is my first RP in a long time with Silv. I'm changing her around. Making her different. I want to RP with her again, so this is what I came up with. »

Silvsit's head was pounding. Her stomach roared with disapproving hunger. It had been several days since she had eaten a real meal. The food being served to her unappetizing. Revolting. It smelled like rotting varren meat. And she had told them as such.

The doctors and orderlies just handed her pills to swallow or injected her with some unknown sedative if she got violent. Which, to her credit, was becoming less and less often.

However...

They would not let her have a mirror. Not after what happened...

It had been around when she had first gotten there. She was scared, confused, starving. Silv had been talking to herself about the Council, the Hierarchy... Saren... They wrote her up as delusional, medicated her, fed her, clothed her. The doctors gave her a room to sleep in, a bed...

A mirror...

The first time she looked in a mirror, she screamed. She had barely heard her own voice before that scream. Instead of a dark-skinned turian with light blue face paint and amber eyes, she saw a dark-skinned human woman with dark hair, dark eyes... And her voice had lost it's distinctive turian flange.

And it terrified her. She had broken the mirror in her panic and grabbed a shard. The orderlies quickly restrained her. The doctors medicated her. She couldn't count the days and nights she was kept on something they called suicide watch. Words couldn't describe how lonely she felt locked up. It didn't take long before she started behaving.

Silv's recovery was slow. She had to relearn everything she knew about the world. Had to get used to a new face. It was almost two years before they allowed her to leave. Somehow, she was able to make a little money here and there. Not enough to get a roof over her head, but enough to get food. Maybe rent a room for a night or two.

For now, her permanent residence was under a bridge in a city whose name she did not know.

And she was crying.
