AEG say Tim Leiweke had no authority as testifying on that company, but Boyle says he is registered as, on the company directory
LAKings website, Tim Leiweke refused to identify information from that site, so those docs will not be used, it is official business records of LAKings, so Panish says ok we can lay foundations via Shawn Trell

Business entity docs, basically Tim Leiweke was not able to Identify official docs, which is shocking as he is named on the business records,

AEGLive, Cahan says she was served yesterday of video of Grace, they say we could not find her, Since June Grace has been spending time with Mrs Jackson, AEGLive have been given 10 days notice and not happy with that, cause it is A court day

Boyle says we have given them A depo notice, we can work with them for whatever date they want.

Mrs Jackson left the court room, attorneys continued to argue the motions.

RE: Dr Finkelstein. Cahan says some of the statements are hearsay, Jaxn attorneys argue they are not.

Cahan continued to speak to the judge for around 30 minutes..

AEGLive attorneys are still denying Paul Gongaware was aware of Michaels problems during the tour of which Gongaware was part of, which was then canceled when Liz Taylor took Michael off to rehab

Dr Finkelstein testified in his sworn deposition that he had no recollections but would have made Mr Gongaware aware of Michaels problems during the tour. Finkelstein was close friend of Paul Gongaware, he talked to Gongaware daily about the goings on during the tour,

Boyle reads some of the depos from Finkelsteins depositions. Finkelstein testified he DID tell Gongaware Michael Jackson had problems with opioids

Now Cahan just flip flopped and said “No we are referring to Forecast” oh my goodness.

So Cahan is saying Finkelstein can not make comments regarding his discussions Finkelstein had with Forecast in regards to Michael.

Cahan made fun of Karen Fayes statement by saying “this doctor appeared and held her up by the throat” (Cahan was holding up her hand as if to hold someone by the throat.) Judge paid no attention to her statement

AEGLive attorneys Kathryn Cahan continues to try and have some lines out, so only parts can be played,

Panish says ok, well, lets call him in to testify.

Cahan says, your honor I am confused….

Panish explains to the judge, if they want to cut up the testimony, I will let you know what they want kept out, then will call him in

Judge agrees Panish can call them in even if they have depos done.

Cahan says Judge we have spent hours researching this, maybe in the future I don’t like to waste the courts time,

Boyle says Taj Jackson found A number of hand written notes by Michael Jackson. They have been verified to be Mr Michael Jacksons writing…

The notes have been entered into exhibits, Cahan says she will look at them, but there seems to be no problem yet

Putnam said he was going to be extensive cross with Prince, but since that testimony is over, they don’t know who they can call without giving enough notice
