With SCHW trading at above 20, our short leg (SCHW Jun-21 20 Call) is slightly in the money this morning. We don’t want to have shares called away that we do not own !!
So,
BUY 1 June 20 Call and Sell 1 July 20 call, closing the June position and opening the July, establishing short 1 July 20 call and long 3 July 21 calls from previous backspread, leaving the back spread intact with a strong bias to the up side.
BUY To Open 1 July-20 SCHW 20 Calls trading at $0.60
BUY To Close 1 Jun-21 SCHW 20 Calls trading at $1.00
SCHW is trading at $20.53
This spread is trading at $0.50
Total Cost of the trade is $0.50
