Chosun Ilbo elaborated on JYPE's merger report today. Highlights (taken from Chinese fan translation):

* Currently, only Park Jin Young/missA are in listed JYPE. 9 artistes/26 members (sic?) are in unlisted JYP Corp.

* Exchange ratio for company shares: 1 = 3.7697551

* Listed JYPE projected to make ₩27.359 billion in total revenue. (It made ₩25.4 billion last year.) Breakdown: ₩8 billion from endorsements, ₩6.4 billion from album sales, ₩2.8 billion from acting jobs, ₩4.9 billion from other sources. Projected operating profit is ₩7.5 billion; net profit is ₩6.8 billion.

* 2PM projected to make ₩20.485 billion (₩3.4 billion average for each member) or 75% of total agency revenue. Breakdown: ₩6.7 billion from 100+ endorsements, ₩4.9 billion from album sales, ₩2 billion from acting jobs, ₩1 billion from touring, ₩4.5 billion from other sources.

* JYPE said 2PM will be agency's main earner & the growth rate achievable for next 2 years. An industry insider commented the target is lower than SNSD's (₩30 billion) or Big Bang's (₩50 billion) & more on par with SJ's & 2NE1's.

* 2AM projected to make ₩3.9 billion. Majority to come from album & music sales (₩1.3 billion each).

* WG is inactive this year but projected to make ₩1.8 billion. JJ Project projected to make ₩1.5 billion; JOO to make ₩1 billion.

* Unlisted JYPE teaming with Mark Burnett & Samsung to launch a global talent search production. Currently in talks with CBS America & UK Skynet.

* JYPE planning to launch 2 rookie groups this year.

* Post-merger, Park Jin Young will be the largest shareholder.
