In regards to the FAT election, the postponement and the uncertainty you can find FIFA's reply to us here:

We would like to inform you that during the FIFA Associations Committee meeting held on 14 February 2013, the revision of Football Association of Thailand's (FAT) Statutes was debated and subsequently it was decided that the upcoming FAT election shall be held by no later than 30 September 2013 and based on revised FAT Statutes compliant with the FIFA Standard Statutes and a FAT electoral code compliant with the requirements of FIFA.

On 23 May 2013, FIFA confirmed with FAT that the FAT Statutes revision process had come to an end and that the revised FAT Statutes and FAT electoral code met the requirements of FIFA and AFC. Moreover, following the FIFA Congress held in Mauritius on 30 and 31 May 2013, the FIFA Congress voted in favour of obligating members of FIFA to ratify statutes that are in accordance with the requirements of the FIFA Standard Statutes.

Finally, we would like to point out that according to art. 13 par. 1 a) of the FIFA Statutes the members of FIFA have to comply fully with the FIFA Statutes, regulations, directives and decisions of FIFA bodies at any time. Accordingly, FAT must adopt the revised FAT Statutes and electoral code and only then can the FAT election take place based on the revised FAT Statutes and electoral code.
