-The Alpha Test Diary #3-

Greetings Survivors!

It has been almost a month since the last Alpha test diary update. 1Despite the silence our team continues to work day and night to improve the alpha version of Survarium. Through the past month, we have doubled the number of alpha testers and also made hundreds of fixes in the current game build. At the end of May we released another hotfix (V0.11e), after which we got down to working on version 0.12. Frankly, we expected to be able to release V0.12 by mid-June, but some tasks turned out to be a lot more difficult than we had expected.
So we decided to break the silence and tell our players what they can expect when we deliver v0.12 and why we believe it is so important to us.

First of all, the version 0.12 will have a completely modified synchronization mechanism for the server characters and their client copies that players see. As a result, the network traffic will be shrunk considerably, as well as the synchronization issues will be fixed (right now they spoil the game impressions).

Also, we will add a new location titled "School" to the rotation. On top of that, anomalies and artifacts will be activated on the existing locations (as of now only two types of artifacts will be available for testing).

The third important change will be the introduction of a final lobby interface. The upcoming update will contain only the part related to the character's equipment and gear. Hopefully, the new interface will prove clearer and easier to navigate for the players :)

Well, finally some useful information for those who have not yet gained access to the alpha testing: we're going to double the amount of alpha-testers after running 0.12.

We will keep you posted on the launch plans for the International alpha-testing. We are doing our best to reach that point as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
