#JodiArias claims to be a victim of unfortunate circumstance. Let's examine, shall we? #Justice4Travis
She catches Travis pleasuring himself to a photo of a young boy. It just so happens that she forgets to mention it in her diary, immediately continues on as though nothing happened. Also this photo just happens to disintegrate into thin air.
Travis, who has been nothing but a respectful gentleman to every woman he has ever dated, just happens to tap into his abusive side with Jodi, who has never done anything wrong, and beats her, breaking her finger. As it should happen, this injury will not show any signs until after June 4.
Break in at Grandparents home, stealing a dvd player and 1 gun, leaving everything else untouched. It just so happens, this occurs following an angry text message from Travis, where he tells her to get out of his life.
She rented a car 90 miles from home, and requested a different color so she wouldn't stand out.
She decides to dye her hair in the middle of a road trip, because you know, when you want to dye your hair it needs to happen at that moment.
She borrows 2 gas cans and buys a third, because you never know when you need 15 gallons of gas in the desert. She returns the 3rd gas can, but it just so happens, Walmart lost the record of this transaction.
It just so happens she uses the gas in the cans to fill up in Arizona, even though she was not lost.
Skaters just happen to mess with her plates while she is in starbucks.
Her phone just happens to die before she enters AZ, even though she knows she packed her charger the day before, she doesn't bother to look for it.
She is attacked by a naked man, fresh out of the shower, and just happens to make a wrong turn into the closet where there is a gun that may or may not be loaded. The same kind of gun stolen from Grandmas. It just so happens that Travis only kept 1 bullet in the gun, no box, no holster. It also just happens to be right where she can grab it, without looking, on the first try, disturbing nothing on the shelf, which miraculously holds her weight without tipping.
It just happens that the gun goes off, through no fault of her own.
The bullet just happens to defy geometry, and miss Travis' brain completely, and allows him to continue his wet naked attack on Jodi.
It just so happens that there is a knife, right there, so she can continue to defend herself, even though she conveniently forget to remember what's happening.
It just so happens that she is compelled to delete photos, attempt to clean up after herself, and puts a $1500 camera in the wash cycle.
Having no idea what happened, she drives off, in a fog.
Miraculously, after leaving Arizona, the cell phone charger magically appears.
Seeing blood on her hands, she admits she knows she killed him, even though she has no memory of anything, except accidentally shooting him, and thinking that the bullet hit the wall.
She just happens to stop in the middle of the desert, leaving her clothes, the gun, the knife, and the rope, that she just happened to take with her, even though it had nothing to do with Travis' murder.
Distraught and forgetful, Jodi happens to end up in a love sac with Ryan Burns, making out. Coincidentally she shows no signs that anything is wrong, not because she knew she wanted Travis dead, but because she was in a fog.
She somehow manages to fill 3 gas cans in Salt Lake city, even though she only has 2, because she returned the third.
She sends flowers to Travis' grandmother, writes his family a letter, travels to his memorial service. Not because she is attempting to not implicate herself, but because she is genuinely sorry for the loss of this abusive pedophile who attacks defenseless women when naked and wet.
She buys a gun, packs it along with some knives, rents a car for another road trip. Camping with friends, because every murder suspect needs a little getaway with some weapons from time to time.
When questioned, Jodi, just happens to realize that all of these unfortunate coincidences, none of which are a conscious effort on her part, have left no trace of her in Arizona, and proceeds to tell her mother and the investigator that she was no where near Mesa.
The medical examiner performs an autopsy, which concludes that the gunshot came last. As it should happen, the medical examiner is wrong, and scientific evidence is incorrect, as Jodi claims to have accidentally shot Travis, with a defiant direction changing bullet. The casing of which is equally as defiant as it hovered in the air, waiting for some blood to pool underneath before it dropped. Even if it didn't hover and was accidentally kicked into the blood, this magic casing has ways of rolling into blood without any getting on it. It's one hell of a coincidence.
Nothing is Jodi's fault. She is just very very unlucky.
On their own, these things could be circumstance, but together, it adds up to one thing. Jodi Arias intended to kill Travis Alexander in cold blood.
