*T/N: Beagle is a type of dog / When Jonghyun used '닝겐노 애견카페와 튼튼데스네' he was using a gag ( '닝겐노 XX와 XX데스네 ) that was created quite a long time back, which is a mixture of Korean and Japanese, It was normally used by replacing the first XX with something and the second XX with a description like strong/hard/etc. It is actually Japanese romanization to Korean, for example: '데스네' sounds like 'dessunae' which means "it is" in Japanese. It is hard to explain but basically Jonghyun is just tweeting another one of his gags.
