@nancyprager @mathewi @nopasa The crowd doesn't implicitly profess its empirical correctness like the media does. If the crowd presents 9 falsehoods and one fact that is still effective crowdsourcing. It isn't "BS." Traditional media needs to embrace the crowd's falsehoods and realize that they can benefit from the crowd's power and play "ombudsman" to their efforts at the same time.
