In response to the question, how outrageous allegation of a forum Believer:

"Identity theft against Michael Jackson by a Twitter account."

Let's start by saying that we have already sent a counter-complaint to Twitter accounts and users herein named for abuse and crime of Stalking in respect of MJVIVA, ASMICHAELSAYSIT, michaeljackson snarl, telepathic MICHAEEL and all the many users who have long follow these accounts persecuted by a group of disturbers of the public peace on the web.

Our initiative was made in response to numerous provocations, we collected detailed evidence showing the crimes of stalking and defamation.
The group of lesionisti, to which is now added a Forum Believer,
has repeatedly slandered, abused, disturbed by illegal means, of free citizens and users of the social network Twitter, winning the right to impede obsessive and repeated the regular activities of a joined Twitter account.
This account has always carried out its activities in terms of fairness and good education to the community.
It claims to be Michael Jackson, but does not promote a campaign to collect consensus, does not endorse and does not induce visitors to your page to spread this news. Performs a task instead of information about the events related to the "disappearance" of MJ.

In risposta alla inammissibile, quanto oltraggiosa denuncia di un forum Believer :
In oggetto:
"Furto di identità ai danni di Michael Jackson da parte di un account Twitter".

Iniziamo con l'affermare che abbiamo già inviato una contro-denuncia verso Twitter e gli accounts degli utenti qui nominati per abuso e reato di Stalking nei riguardi di MJVIVA, ASMICHAELSAYSIT, MICHAELJACKSON SNARL, TELEPATHIC MICHAEEL e di tutti i numerosi utenti che da molto tempo seguono questi accounts perseguitati da un gruppo di disturbatori della pubblica quiete nel web.
L'elenco dei disturbatori e dei diffamatori è il seguente:

La nostra iniziativa è avvenuta in risposta a numerose provocazioni, di cui abbiamo raccolto prove circostanziate che evidenziano i reati di Stalking e di diffamazione.
Il suddetto gruppo di lesionisti, a cui si aggiunge ora anche un Forum Believer,
ha ripetutamente diffamato, oltraggiato, disturbato con mezzi illeciti, dei liberi cittadini ed utenti del social network Twitter, arrogandosi il diritto di ostacolare in modo ossessivo e reiterato la regolare attività di un account iscritto a Twitter.
Tale account, ha sempre svolto la sua attività in termini di correttezza e di buona educazione nei confronti della comunità.
Dichiara di essere Michael Jackson, ma non promuove una campagna volta alla raccolta di consensi, non pubblicizza e non induce i visitatori della sua pagina a divulgare questa notizia. Svolge invece un compito di informazione circa gli eventi inerenti alla "scomparsa" di MJ.
E' pieno diritto di ogni singolo cittadino seguire o ignorare ciò che viene scritto in quella pagina. E' doveroso osservare che la libertà di cui gode il web, dove chiunque deve poter esercitare il diritto di espressione rimanga tale.

Viene erroneamente dichiarato che l'Estate di MJ ha fatto sospendere i precedenti accounts, mentre questi accounts, sono stati sospesi da Twitter per le ripetute segnalazioni di spam.( che non è mai avvenuto da parte dell'account sospeso e tantomeno dai visitatori di quella pagina).
si tratta quindi di una notizia falsa e tendenziosa, che deve essere rettificata.
