#JodiArias WHY MATT MCCARTNEY will not testify: Pros Juan Martinez may have told us the answer? Remember when Juan was questioning Jodi regarding whether or not Matt would betray her? Juan said, "Do you remember what he had to say in January 2013?"

OKAY, that means he ALREADY betrayed her...whether it was an official deposition or just an interview with the Prosecutor, there WILL be either a transcript OR an audio recording.

Remember when Dr. Samuels testified and Juan played back a portion of his interview with Samuels? There's one for Matt too. In a lot of different cases/scenarios, the Prosecutor can use Matt's previously audio recorded or transcribed statement, in lieu of his physical presence.
