When I became a fan of the boys it was for one reason, and that was the music. Lately I don't think it's about the music at all. The fans help out with that as well. Everyone is so concentrated on their personal lives that we forget who we are a fan of, and why. For the last 6-7 months I have been begging for info about new music. I tweeted, wrote blogs, and tried to make the Jonas Brothers see exactly how we felt. In return, I only received news about their personal lives, scandals, and rumors. I've voiced my opinion many times about this matter, but "fans" continue to label me as a hater. You act as if this fan base is one big clique and you can kick someone out if they disagree with you, or believe in different things. We're all different.

The other night when everything went down, it was disappointing. I was shocked by John and Joe's actions. I understand that I have a big mouth and speak out (sometimes when I shouldn't) but don't you feel the same way? As a fan, I want new music information. I don't want a tweet every now and then. It should be about the music, and nothing else, but Joe's relationship has been thrown in our face the entire South America tour. It wasn't about the band anymore. It wasn't about them bringing back old songs. Right now I don't believe Joe cares about the fans. It's amazing how some of you are posting his old tweets "I love my fans" and acting as if he feels the same. To me, it doesn't make me feel like he cares about us. It's just a reminder of how he hasn't told us how much he appreciates and loves us in a long time. You can't blame that on "haters" or fans that disagree with you. If he cared, then he wouldn't have let Blanda's friends talk that way about us. He can call out a fan for a small disagreement about music, but not her friends for mocking his father, fans, and himself?

As for the things John said - I hope he knows that fans have feelings too. We are the reason why they get to travel the world and live their dream. Most of the Jonas Brothers fans are girls who are sometimes protective of the boys. That shows they care. It doesn't mean they're not supporting the music or their career. That is exactly what being a fan is all about, supporting their career. We don't have to agree with all of their choices. If he cared who his idol was dating while growing up, then I would definitely question whether Lola is a lady, or just some cross-dresser. There is a huge difference in how boys and girls react to their idols dating. In a way, girls are more protective. I don't think it's right for someone to use Joe's name for interviews and magazines. Did she get interviews (besides NYC based blogs) before Joe? No she didn't. He's worked hard with his brothers to get their names out there. Maybe she should do the same. Nobody ever got ahead by sitting on their behinds and allowing your "boyfriends" fans and name to do all the promoting for you. When he said "I'm just having fun at this point. We're all just sitting around laughing at this." nice to know what they're doing after a show. If you think that was the only thing they were laughing at, then you are sadly mistaken. Do you see Justin Bieber or other artists letting their friends fight with fans on Twitter? No. Because they know when to be professional when it comes to fans. They show appreciation, where this group of people don't. What a sad way to be when you don't have a label, and you're just expecting everything to happen for you. It takes work.

I don't feel like Joe is taking this come back seriously. I know that Nick and Kevin are, but he's turning this into a joke. Kevin has MTJ for the next month, and Nick has filming. What is Joe going to do? I would love to say that I'm expecting him to do something useful with his free time, but we know that won't happen. He's either going to NYC, Zurich, or staying in LA. Everything else is more important than his own career at this point. He wasn't present during most of the sessions, unless they needed him for vocals. I remember when he used to be there for everything. Zurich was more important, I guess. Promoting triangles, birds, and "hello" graphics is just so much cooler. “Maybe eventually, but as of right now, my priority is the band.” - I don't believe that for a second. Actions speak louder than words. Oh, enjoy that day at the pool, Joe! Looks like all of your many days off in South America just weren't enough. That's how I feel. Expressing how disappointed I am doesn't make me less of a fan. It means I'm tired of feeling let down as a fan, and judged for what I believe in.

"They don't even know what it is to be a fan. Y'know? To truly love some silly little piece of music, or some band, so much that it hurts." - Almost Famous
