[TRANS] If you translate this Korean sentence "텐션이 높다" literally, it becomes a negative meaning that Jaejoong has a high tension. Actually it's Japanese style of saying that somebody is "excited or hyper" (ハイテンション). This kind of Japanese style usually appears in written or spoken discourse of Koreans who work in Japan. And Koreans who're familiar with Japanese language or culture (ex. longtime Korean fans of Jaejoong) understand what Jaejoong meant in his tweet without any explanation.

And Jaejoong did not say it's weird for people to think that he's hyper, but said he himself is weird these days.

So the translation with similar tone in English should be:

"I am strange these days to the extent that you say I'm hyper or I must've been drunk... right? It's just because I do what [music] I love and you are happy about what I do, too. Nashi~~~♡"

I took his tweet as Jaejoong explaining the look of sheer happiness on his face these days, but it seems that people read relate it to unpleasant stuff, thinking Jaejoong is upset with those who say he's drunk. x'D Why don't we just be happy together? haha :D I think it's a natural reaction of a person [Jaejoong] whose work [WWW] is being acknowledged that it even ranked #2 on Music Bank and that his fans seem to be 100% satisfied with his own work. haha.
